I'm not sure what is causing my back pain but this stuff helps for whatever I have. I have to take one capsule twice a day to feel the difference. Relatively low dose of each ingredient compared to other products.

This product really helps my aching joints. I have less pain, and my mobility has improved. I don't have any issues swallowing the capsules; they are not too large. As we age, our joints wear out from use- this is a fabulous product to help offset the aging process.

I have bought these pills for my husband, he was complaining about hand and knee pain. I looked up if there are any Curcumin products in iHerb and found this one from Himalaya. I use a lot of products from Himalaya and I love them. So it's been a week as my husband started taking pills (though he occasionally forgets to take evening dose). However, he's hands don't ache as much as used to, so we hope when he finishes the bottle he's knees start feeling better. Will buy second bottle for sure, I still think that a month may not be enough to completely stop joint inflammation.

I am happily satisfied about this purchase, I could not find a cheap guggul anymore, this herbal mixture gives the energy of guggul and the antinflammatory properties of the other herbs, very good for me that I have many food intolerances

This is my second bottle of this particular brand. First time user though. I'm going to give it at least six months before I can write an honest review. Check back.

I've only used it a couple of times so can't say much about it, this is why I am giving it an average rate. Price vs quantity seems to be ok. Wish there were more instructions on the label and the capsule are quite hard to swallow due to their size.
