How do you tell if something works for you??? When you take something for a long time and then you stop...and what you take the supplement for gets worse. I love this product and try to keep it on hand for every day use. I use this and Himalaya Livercare every day.

I am using this along with high dose curcumin, high dose vitamin C and many other herbs and supplements, along with a low carb no sugar diet in my natural routine to heal melanoma (instead of toxic chemo, radiation and surgery) and it's working well!

This product has really made a difference to the pain I experience since I began using this product. Having tried so many different products to reduce the pain from the arthritis but no results have been as good as Himalaya Joint Care. Just stick to the recommended dose of 2 per day.

I have been taking these once a day for a hyper mobile joint disorder/condition. It's hard to say if they're helping my joints but then are easy on my sensitive stomach.

I bought it because it looks similar to their Rumalaya formula in India and contains basically the same ingredients. Whether the dosage of all ingredients is the same unfortunately I can only guess. More transparency would be appreciated.

Was recommended to use this to decrease joint pain. have been taking it consistently along with other supplements. Understands that this will help manage inflammation as well.
