A Must Have For Bloat And Regular BM
I use psyllium on a daily basis and this is the ONLY one I've found that tastes great. Wish I had found it sooner. I've had some that tasted like wood, dirt, etc. With this I add 1 heaping tsp to water and when I want a change I add 1 heaping teaspoon to 1/4 cup of juice and 1/4 cup of water. Highly recommend. And it 100% gets rid of bloating and gives a daily bowel movement.

Switched from Metamucil to Himalaya
This product is tasty. I was taking Metamucil Sugar Free Flavored, but saw in the Metamucil ingredient list that it contains Aspartame, which is allegedly bad for the gut. I therefore switched to Himalaya, which lists a Stevia extract. I believe the Himalaya brand is better to take!
