Excellent natural product
Excellent natural product. Remember this one is with shakar or mishri. Yes its required in one of the chawanprash types and its very healthy. Thought of flagging in case you are avoiding sugar. Also a tip, if you are avoiding sugar try learning about intermittent fasting and low carb diet, all your answers are in this two process. Thank you.

Tastes good
Well known in Indian culture ,tastes good can be used as an all around health tonic. Can add to smoothy or spoon out of bottle . Tastes maybe like sweet prune jam .
