This was extremely cool 41.This is not just a typical tolerant book.The quality is exquisite.The patterns are unique.The experience is completely different, as this isn't exercised to help your mind and body.Which I find to appreciate definitely.Now that I am much older I like that.You also are given the option to listen to an audio track, and each section is done in a timer.So they can tell you how long it'll actually take.You to finish a picture.So if you are kneading just a ten minute break, there's a ten minute section.I really appreciate this, and I would definitely recommend to other people

I love the art style in this book and find it so relaxing to color it. I really enjoy botanicals like this, and it has a lot of options inside. I like that it includes information about colors and suggestions like listening to music while you're coloring this.

This coloring book is absolutely beautiful! The quality is stunning! Coloring has become a favorite activity of mine and I don't really like pictures that are too overwhelming to work on, these pages are perfect! The book itself is extremely well crafted, the pages are thick and sturdy + the binding is strong. Definitely recommend for a fun stress relieving activity!

This calming coloring book for adults is so cool and stress relieving! It has a free audio with a QR code to go with the coloring pages! It also explains the science behind sound and color to calm your nervous system! This is a nice way to relax and wind down after a long day. I felt much relaxed after only one 20 minute page of coloring. This book also has different pictures to color with 10, 20 or 30 minute coloring pages. There is also a page with breathing exercises to make the ultimate relaxing routine.

Beautiful pictures to color. Very relaxing and you dont need extreme skills to color these pages. Definitely fun to color and i liked reading the introduction to this coloring book and how it explains what color you color with the most describes your emotions.

As an adult who experiences anxiety, this book has been a valuable tool for keeping my mind occupied with something other than focusing on details. I've always enjoyed interior design, and this book allows me to experiment with colors in furniture and patterns.

I like the pages and the different pages and activities. It really dose help with stress and im a huge fan of coloring so I was so excited to get this. I wish the pages were a bit bigger like the flowers were bigger and more variety. My biggest issue was the bleeding. I use alcohol markers and im use to bleeding and needing to use a bleeding protector behind the cage but it bleed alot. This is a thoughtfully designed calming colouring book with pages suited for different time durations, making it perfect for short breaks or longer relaxation sessions. I loved learning about colour science and sound science and how they positively influence the brain—it added real depth to the experience. The quality of pages and the designs are too good. I could relate to colour science theory while using specific colours and what effect they were having on my brain. The guided calming exercises, when combined with colouring and the sample music, helped me unwind and feel more balanced, especially when I started colouring while exhausted. I've given it 4 stars mainly because the music feels most effective with headphones and can feel a bit strong without them. Some parts of music felt intense to me. That said, I'm genuinely excited to try their other books and explore different music options to see which ones suit me best. If you like unrealistic coloring books then you might like this. I find it amusing that these coloring books are considered relaxing. It has 3 sections. 1 for 10 minutes, 1 for 20 minutes and 1 for 30 minutes. I detest timed anything it stresses me to be timed. Also I do not like the super business of the pages. I will color in a lot as in cover a lot of the business. Your Mileage May Vary

Said it would arrive next day store delivery. Actually arrived exactly two weeks later with Fedex, after being lost for several days. In the meantime, bought different coloring books for Mom, who has Alzheimers, so cancelled delivery that was stuck at some designation for days. Got a refund from Walmart, now this book finally arrived in the mailbox, and Walmart wants to charge us for it. I as a business person would let the customer have this item for free plus add some sort of compensation, but that's just me. So Walmart is going to charge for the coloring book anyway, go figure
