Very nice and sturdy piece of furniture. I know this shelf is meant for children, but we bought it to organize our dog's toys. The assembly is lengthy but it looks more complicated than what it really is, just pay attention to the little round number stickers attached to each board. It came together pretty simply, and looks great! I used wood glue to make sure it was truly sturdy, but oh my gosh your back after putting this thing together…done.

So happy with this purchase. The shelf is sturdy and solved a huge storage concern. While the assembly took a bit, the step by step instructions and everything being labeled, made the assembly really easy.

It was not hard to put together, just very tedious. It is extremely spacious and fits. Crate in my kids room. We left the little bench for them to sit lay and read.

We love it! Only taking off a star because the chest portion slams shut and my little one has almost slammed her fingers multiple times. It should really be a slow close since it's for kids. Other than that it's perfect and has so much room for storage which I love! Took my hubs about 3 hrs to build solo with the assist from our two preteen kiddos. He said it was a pain but I think it was worth it. 😅

It is great for my grandson. I wish it had a slow close lid hinge on the seat storage lid to protect little fingers. It slams closed so we are adding one. Assembly was AWFUL! A lot of pieces and not great instructions.

Works very well and is used in a versatile way. I used it to store toys and clothing.

The actual unit itsellf is oerfect for mt daughter's room, but my rating is based off my experience with Customer Service. 1) The unit was late arriving (could be a Walmart issue). 2) I was missing a side board (received 2 right sides and no left side. 3) Customer Service was very prompt in their response; however, since the item is from an international seller, the replacement piece took almost 2 weeks to arrive. 4) When I finally received the replacement piece it was damaged because it was packaged ONLY in a brokem down box that was then wrapped around the side board and taped. There was no protection whatsoever so it of course came cracked after is long journey. Buy with caution and patience!

I really want to like this item. I think it will work great in the space. We just unfortunately got two of one part and none of another and we cannot finish putting it together. i'm hoping to be able to get a replacement part and when that happens, I would probably increase my rating
