I've tried other flavors of hippeas and they were good, but this Grillos pickles flavor is addictive. To be transparent, I am a big fan of pickles so the vibrant vinegary taste was right up my alley.. They have virtually the same crunch of a cheese puff, but without the dairy. I will be keeping these on hand for snacking.

The Hippeas Grillo's Pickels classic dill flavored baked chickpea puffs smell like I just opened a fresh jar of pickles. They taste just like a dill pickle! Not at all overpowering. Not overly vinegary. They are very well balanced. Crispy and tender, they almost melt in your mouth. I would've have guessed these are baked. Very delicious guilt free snack with some protein.
