!! 5 STARS !! Being a Canadian, I saw the 4 camera "starter" system for sale and I thought I should make a purchase, because the price was GREAT! and the "starter" system arrived on time and worked GREAT!.. after such an easy install, I wanted to try the tilt %26 turn camera..so I purchase TWO and once again the price was GREAT and the cameras showed up on time too! NOW... on to adding the TWO cameras....... SUPER DUPER EASY!! for all intents and purposes........ the TWO new cameras were "plug-and-play" ... could not have been easier!! to help anyone considering Hiseeu equipment I highly recommend their offerings!
LOVE THESE CAMERAS EASY TO INSTALL WORKS THE BEST FOR WIRELESS I HAVE 2 COMPLETE SYSTEMS WITH HARD DRIVES REPLACING ONE THAT HAS GOTTEN VERY SLOW MOVING IT IS 5 YEARS OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST!!!
Affordable dose the job better than a person
Received this camera set and was very impressed. Installed with no issues. Workmanship quality is good.

Set up was fast and easy. Video looks perfect.
A small step was skipped in the book and i had to call for assistance but that was ok. I am more disappointed in the nighttime view. The advertisement said it was in color, but it is black and white. Picture is good. It was easy to set up for just viewing. I do like the way i can turn the angles without going outside.
I'm pleased with the overall use of the system but I got a no storage device found during setup. Did some research for the problem and found out there was no hard drive in the NDR , it just had the wires for the drive but no drive.
Due to budgetary constraints, I opted to downgrade from a 5MP to a 3MP model. My experience with the 5MP camera was unfortunately cut short, as I encountered video-related problems. Specifically, when the unit was configured with medium sensitivity and humanoid detection, it would inexplicably switch to high detection sensitivity and disable humanoid detection after a few days. I am purchasing this because my NVR remains functional. If you choose to purchase a Hiseeu product, it would be prudent to consider an extended warranty for added protection.
There's nothing wireless about this system.
