Not a bad setup. This Hiseeu security camera system came with 4 cameras and can use up to 8. It has a good, clear picture. The software it uses shows all 4 cameras in a grid and you can select one of them to view full screen. It will work on most if not all tv's by simply plugging up the HDMI cord. The instructions are a bit vague when it comes to usage though. As an example, when you are hooking up the cameras they say hook up and power up all cameras before turning on the DVR. I didn't see where they say "if you relocate a camera you have to do this again", but you do. Additionally you need to decide where you want the settings at as any changes there require a restart as well, Also when the sun is going down there is a point when the cameras don't seem to know whether to go to IR or stay on daytime mode so they jump back and forth between the two until the ambient light reaches there threshold. I feel this should have been worked out in the software beforehand but there is hope as updates become available for download.
There's a bit of a learning curve but once you get through it this system works well
