Absolutely horrible experience. The day of delivery, the driver came to the house, called us from the street, and since we weren't expecting a call and didn't answer (we just moved and were unpacking, painting, etc),rather than coming to the door,he just left. Then, at 6:26pm,the TV was marked as delivered.I called Walmart immediately after and was told that shipping companies sometimes mark packages as delivered, even though they're not. They provided me with EFW's tracking info, which was showing the TV as out for delivery.I called EFW,they said that the driver just didn't deliver the package and it was returned to the warehouse. Then they said that Walmart had requested the TV not to be delivered because they refunded me,and the TV was going to be sent back. Then they said that was miscommunication, and that the TV would be redelivered on Monday. So, I had to call Angi and reschedule the mounting appointment for Tuesday. On Monday,EFW said the TV was still at the warehouse and that Walmart had requested the TV to be returned.I went through the whole thing again. The person on the phone said there wasn't anything they could do and that they're not going to contact Walmart, that I need to and have them reach out to EFW and say it's ok to deliver the package.Essentially, they were just sitting there, holding my TV,doing absolutely nothing about verifying what they're supposed to do about it.So, I called Walmart again, they said they don't have any idea what EFW was talking about, that there was no refund and the TV should have been delivered. They said they would have the correct department reach out to EFW and have them reschedule the delivery. So, I cancelled my mounting appointment again, and rescheduled it for Thursday. On Wednesday,EFW called me to say that they want to reschedule my delivery, and the earliest they could do it for was Friday.I accepted and told them not to call me because we're busy doing stuff and we don't answer calls we don't recognize,to just deliver the TV and we would be at home.I then rescheduled my mounting appointment again for Friday evening. On Friday morning, two guys actually showed up and delivered the TV,barely being able to carry it.(This raised a flag.)That evening, only one of the two people from Angi scheduled to come mount the TV actually showed up,so I had to call them and reschedule, and the earliest they could schedule me for again was Sunday morning. On Sunday morning, now 8 days past when this TV was supposed to be delivered and installed, two guys showed up to mount the TV,unpacked the back of the box/packaging,mounted all the hardware, and right before they lifted it to put it on the wall, they took the piece of packaging that was protecting the screen, and noticed a crack on top of the screen. We then plugged the TV in and saw that there were cracks all over the screen. This whole experience was an absolute nightmare. Now the TV is sold out and no longer on sale anywhere, whereas everyone had it on sale at the time of purchase.
