It's smarter than me!!! 😅😅 I can't remember how to set it up..( channeling) but overall it has a really good picture..I'm satisfied so far and the price I paid for it, I'm satisfied..Roku, Youtube, Netflix etc..probably 5000 channels free or more..I love Westerns and Sports..Thank You again Walmart..and plus I paid extra for Insurance, just in case something goes wrong with it, it's covered for 3 years warranty..See for yourself buy you a Hisense 40 inch like I did!! You'll be glad you did...
This is the second Hisense 40" TV we have had in the past 3 years. The kitten killed the first one after about a year and a half, the current model LED's are starting to dim around the right bottom corner. I had an Insignia do this in the past. Our Samsung 75" also went partially dim within 9 months but, they came out and replaced the entire screen for free under warranty. Would most likely purchase another. They are inexpensive.
Regarding the TV, The TV came packaged as one would hope or is repackaged the proper term? I removed the TV from the box and set it up. Four screws for the legs were missing. I turned this Roku TV on. Went straight to the HULU app to enter my subscription information only to see someone else named “Hank” had beat me to it. I can only use this app as a GUEST. I tried to have Hank removed but was told only Hank can delete his account. How did Hank set up an account on an app that is on a television that has never been out of the box? I got busy with working and traveling so now is the first time I've had some free time to take care of personal issues.
purchased this tv December 2025 and this tv has been giving me issues with not staying on recently. Never used this brand. i have unplugged and plugged in, check to make sure cord is in tv, changed batteries in the remote, and its still not coming on. i have never had issues with samsung or lg, but this what i get for being cheap i guess. waiting on response from hisense
I've bought two of these tv's and the first one no warranty and the second one I bought a warranty from Walmart BUT when I go to return it they couldn't find it at first but later a man from OG came up and found it BUT they wouldn't honor the warranty they said I had to go through the company that made the TV. Walmart is wrong for selling a product and not honoring the warranty. Last time I buy a warranty
Ever since i the first day of having my TV the speaker sounds like its busted and its getting worse everyday. I do not recommend this brand of tv to anyone
I initially would have given this TV solid ratings based on my early experience: Sound: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Picture: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for Money: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ease of Setup: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Given the affordable price, I was quite satisfied. However, the issues I encountered shortly after setup changed my overall impression. Between June 13th and June 20th, the picture suddenly cut out once, although the sound continued. I restarted the TV multiple times hoping it would resolve, and finally, after leaving it off overnight, the picture returned the next day. Then, between June 21st and June 30th, the sound cut out twice and took an unusually long time to come back. Because of these unexpected malfunctions so early into ownership, I unfortunately have to give an overall rating of 1⭐. Even when shopping on a budget, one expects the product to function reliably, and this experience left me concerned about its long-term performance.
I ordered this item, %26 I ordered 2 of them a week later it said delivered but was never delivered. I called Walmart 3 times for a refund and everytime they refused because it says delivered! So I lost out on $250 that they refuse to give back and they refuse to give me a replacement!
I brought this tv at walmart, there was two line in the screen as the day passes thr whole screen had lines so you could see anything on the screen. i took it back to walmart and they said i wont be able to get a refund i have to call hisense. Called hisense they said i wont be able to get a refund because there warranty doesnt cover lines or damage to the tv... i paid 168 usd for this tv didnt use it for a day and my money was waste just like that. people reading this save your money and buy a good tv and not this rubbish. Definitely not worth buying. I purchased 2 of these tvs the same day. And after one day the screens were blurry . I'm not sure what happened but I tried to return them in the store and showed them my receipt and was told that they don't allow tvs to be returned. So now my 2 kids have to get another tv from somewhere due to their screens being blurry. This is ridiculous!
