Hisense 43" Class 2K LCD FHD Android Smart TV H55 Series 43H5500G

it has google play store and google apps built into the TV so the tv acts like a android phone. you just have to share your hotspot on the android phone and download apps like PBS TV app, free movies app, CW app that has free movies and TV shows and login to each one and you can switch between them and over the air TV. for cable TV you can get Philo cable TV on your android phone for $20 a month for 65 channels and you can download Philo to the TV from the built in google play store and login once and watch Philo cable on the android TV. plus video phone calls can get done from the TV set. The only problem I have had is minor. I use closed captioning and it will be turned on but no closed captioning on a show that usually has closed captioning on it. to fix the problem, you have to use the remote control and go through the cc choices slowly until you see CC1 and then the "default" (black and white letters) cc shows up. my settings has green letters on a transparent background, so evidently you have to use default black and white CC1 on some shows. I knew I was missing CC because I had another TV set playing the same shows to increase the sound volume and the other TV had closed captioning on it while the hisense didn't have closed captioning on the show. so if you have missing closed captioning on a TV show you know has CC. Then try the remote control fix. but this TV is worth it's weight in gold... it's fantastic. you can download youtube videos and youtube music apps, amazon prime video app, etc and have thousands of thousands of shows to watch for alot less than cable TV. when you set up the TV you have to SKIP the first page of the setup so you can get on your phones hotspot and then you can set up the TV by going to the Google play store and downloading the tv apps and logging into them. it's time consuming but you can do a few apps each time you don't watch OTA free TV. Get Walmart's warranty just in case. it's way cheaper than a new TV set.

Good reliable Android tv

This is the second one I bought. First time from this retailer. The price plus the warranty was better. I like that the picture is so clear. Also the integration with my Google account. The remote is also compatible with my other streaming devices. Will buy a larger size for my living room.

Great picture and sound. The only problem Ive had is getting Netflix to connect. The other apps work.

I'm getting ready to buy one of these This would be my second TV I have a 32-in The sound is not that great You need a soundbar. The only good TVs I've ever had that had a great sound was Panasonic. And the speakers was on the side very small. most TVs now The speakers on the bottom or the back You need a sound bar at all times..

This TV came in good shape. I like it has 5 tuners (the old analog, the new over the air dig, and 3 cable. It only has hear phone and dig audio outputs. I wish it also had RCA audio outputs. Picture is good. We have not used the speakers, only the head phone output.

mine arrived via FedEx with water dripping out, it had been sitting someplace in water, rest of box was dry. FedEx alerted me and offered to leave it or take it back, I kept it, but I will be contacting the seller and maybe Walmart. I have not tried any of the apps or screen mirroring, only seen antenna TV on it so far. Has a beautiful picture, much better than you would expect from an inexpensive smart TV. The sound is what you would expect from an inexpensive TV. I added a pair of decent speakers l already had. lt's a lot of TV for not much money. I will rerate it when I see it does everything it's supposed to, And keeps working.

We've had this tv since May and have nothing but problems with it. The sound hardly works. The remote randomly works and now it won't even turn on. If you're looking for a good tv this is not the one for you

I bought this tv in December and it is majorly malfunctioning. Plays an app Hulu for example then it kicks back to the main screen. Terrible

I WAITED TV AND AS SOON AS I PLUGGED IT IN IT CAME ON! THATS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN! BUSTED REFURBISHED TV! SAMSUMG HERE I COME!
