Ordering and delivery were great and the TV is just what I expected, I have a Roku just like this one and it is perfect, it is 6 yrs old and still works great. I needed another TV and since they have updated the Roku to the enhanced version, I believe it will be just as good as my older version which is on 12 hrs a day 7 days a week sometimes and is still going strong. I would definately recommend this purchase......
Beautiful picture, sound and great selection of installed streaming apps. But, the set up process was terrible. The tv had apps that didn't function with the system software version installed on the tv. Two hours and multiple help groups later, they had me update the software version via Ethernet cord to my router. What a frustrating experience. Hopefully, these types of glitches won't occur again.
It's very slow when powering on alot of times. Actually I hit the power button at least 10 times before it would even turn on at first. I thought it was tore up. I ended up returning it. You can't even tell it's 4k. I have a regular onn roku tv in my living room and I like it alot better. I was looking for another TV for my bedroom. I ended up getting another roku tv. I like all the features that it offers that this one don't have. The voice remote is nice tho.
Set up the tv to use with dish remote but when you shut it off then turn it back on it defaults to the set up your tv again, as if you had never set it up. You have to use the tv remote to turn it on before the satellite connects. I'm going to return it.
Problems is this products only have it 3 month is broke I call for fixing and give me 2 times day that coming to fix it but they never show up I'm really upset this the reason I post this review is not fear that they let me way two times for nothing appreciated that someone read this and help me about situation or they come or send me a new one or something have to be done .
So I regret buying the X class TV, because some basic features that are on other TVs are not supported on this one such as screen, mirroring, and most of the airplay is limited. When I try to airplay something both of my other TVs in the house show up, the Xclass does not. So the smart TV doesn't seem so smart to me.
It is a WIRELESS TV with preloaded apps. You cannot browse the web OR download apps. You can only use the apps that were preloaded! This isn't Walmart's fault it is 100% Hisense. I shopped and read reviews and carefully selected this unit and now it has been delivered and it IS NOT what it said it was. BUYER BEWARE!!!
TV arrived late and when I opened the box the screen was shattered. And I'm trying to reorder but they're giving me a higher price. If I can't get the same price this will be sad for WalMart because they get a large percentage of my paycheck. I don't think I will have a problem with other vendors taking my money. Get this right WalMart and I will update my review to three or four stars because I realize accidents happen.
no good for gaming no matter what you do the screen is always blurry. I just ordered this TV and got it at my door 5 days ago. cough cough. no wonder they put TVs on sale. it isn't worth it. I doubt anyone would not and doesn't even want to see what the box looked like when it showed up. it's been not even the full 5th day, and its 7:35 am as i type. im outraged, about a half hour to an hour ago my TV screen went black with some weird vertical lines. modern TVs really suck there is no advanced settings for the screen it is all (preset) and if it's not the presets or automatic game mode, within its picture settings menu itself nearly every TV Lacks and or you are unable to properly adjust the-({ color, tint, saturation, brightness, contrast, and just about everything else that goes along with making the screen what you want to look at. i think that is the most foolish and idiotic thing I have ever seen for picture settings on a TV. I've had my seiki 32-in since 2011 2012 and nothing has went wrong with it since the day I got it for graduation. to buy modern TV in any x-class or any presets form that is similar to Roku is junk and should be torn apart and thrown away. audio messes up on roku's like crazy. I'll be glad to send this TV back`•_•` it'll make me happier than the day I pulled it out of the box . . about 4 days ago° . like what kind of malarkey is that learn how to make a TV and add expert or advanced settings adjustment just like the old PC screens or old TVs they didn't have too much but dear jebus you could have added more with more modern TVs menus. NoT make it limited to what you can do as a customer= because I can certainly tell you my eyes are different than yours.🤙
Xclass stands for Xfinity; the apps are determined by Xfinity. The initial sign up to access the wifi requests an email, password, and a credit card on file for channels to purchase, which I refused. This "smart" TV is propaganda for Xfinity. The "more" button on the remote has no function. The back button returns to the main list, not the previous channel. The 4K might be for the picture( worse than the 720p on my 32" Sceptre), but it not for the tuner. The ATSC tuner can't find all of the OTA channels my 11 year old Sceptre received( which unfortunately lost the picture). Walmart and Xfinity should be paying me a monthly bonus to watch this TV that constantly tries to sell me programs.
