I really love this tv it is my very first one and I'm obsessed it has amazing picture quality which you can even change to suit your style and the sound is amazing truly it is not bulky or heavy I'm a petite woman and I did it all myself all in all I think for the price and size and quality this is a steal

We have been looking for a tv that's adequate for our lanai. Something that would be bright enough for the sunny days and also not too bulky while hanging on the wall. This tv hit all our check points. The picture quality is top notch and the smart tv feature makes it great since we only have one wire. Installation was very simple as the tv is very light.

This is actually the first TV I've ever purchased for myself, so I was really hoping I made the right choice, and so far I'm super happy with it. The 50inch size is perfect for my space and the picture quality looks really clean and vibrant. I mainly bought it for gaming, and it's been great for that. Everything that was listed in the description like the features and performance pretty much matches what I'm experiencing in real use. Setup was also pretty simple, and the smart features run smoothly. Overall it feels like a solid TV for the price. If I upgrade in the future, I'll definitely be sticking with Hisense again, probably just going for a bigger screen next time. Great first purchase for me

This TV honestly surprised me 😭🔥 The smoothness on this is INSANE. Usually with other TVs you have to be pointing the remote directly at the screen and pressing buttons hard for it to respond not this one at all. The remote responds so effortlessly you can literally hold it almost any direction and it still works perfectly. It honestly feels more like using a phone than a TV the system runs SUPER fast and smooth too. No lagging, no freezing no waiting forever for apps to open. Everything transitions clean and quick. This is the best TV that I've purchased in a very long time. Out of the box the set up only takes about 10 minutes. It connects right to your Google account all of your apps from your previous Google. TVs are right in front so you just click them and download them. The picture clarity of the TV is incredible. One thing that I noticed is that screens that have black images are very deep black like this is the best TV that I've purchased in a very long time. This television had awesome video quality! The colors are crisp and the contrast between black and white is noticeable. It was easy to set up and the guide for local antenna channels is great. Sound quality is great too. The Bluetooth function is useful so I can wear headphones and watch while my kids are sleeping in the room.

Plug didn't fit.a defect.your company error.i returned to store.never received credit with Affirm.its been over 10days.u never let Affirm know it was processed.Im stuck paying for a tv I don't have. The guy took it out the box to confirm it's not broken so what's the problem.your defect your problem.The plug won't stay in tv.u should have sent me a free gift card for my trouble along with the credit to Affirm.

I have never been in this situation before. I ordered this TV, very much looking forward to receiving it. I bought a special stand for it. Set it up. Hooked everything up. And when I went to turn it on? Damaged screen. And not a tiny damage. Fine. We all know On Trac has… issues. Return for refund; reorder. I WANT this tv. Tv arrives. Gingerly open the box and confirming there is no exterior box damage. I don't even take the plastic covers off to keep it protected. Plug it in. And? EVEN MORE damaged than the first one. What the heck is going on with this supply chain?? There is no other method of acquiring this TV. It's not sold locally and I can't have it shipped to store. Do I reorder and cross my fingers? No. I am over it.
