Hisense 50-Inch Class H8 Quantum Series Android 4K ULED Smart TV with Voice Remote (50H8G, 2020 Model)

Probably the best tv for the money!! I did a lot of looking comparing and even bought 2 other brands that I later returned. This is the best!!! The only tv that compares cost over $800.

Whoa... this Hisense H8G is seriously AMAZING. I literally cried when I saw the picture (yeah... I was coming from a 20 year old TV lol). I always thought the displays you see when you walk through the TV sections of stores like Walmart was beautiful but they don't even come close to the incredible picture you see on this tv. My friend has the Hisense R6 series which is a regular HD television and I can tell you the picture on the 4K H8G is so much brighter and clearer probably because of the extra "Quantum" layer of brightness and color. The box came with a huge gash in it on the top front side of the tv and I was so afraid it was going to break something or pixelate the tv but thankfully it didn't... the picture was perfect. DEFINITELY worth more than it's price.

Bought this TV to replace & upgrade our living room set that was previously running on Firestick. We love the picture and the interface. I had read reviews suggesting that the sound quality was poor so I ordered a sound bar for it. But we're happy with the sound and returned the sound bar unopened! Firestick remedies the one shortcoming I've discovered, which is that Apple-TV isn't available on the Android platform.

Excellent budget TV! Not the best for HDR programming but super for most uses. My most significant complaint is that no full manual is included and there is not one available for download either. There definitely should be a full operation manual for download!

A stunning picture with amazing depth and clarity. I looked at many other models and this TV had the brightest picture with crisp details. For high action sports, however, you may want to look at a TV with higher refresh rate. For the money, a tremendous deal.

The TV looks amazing. It arrived quickly and without any damage. The Android TV interface works well and supports many apps, though the menu and volume controls are a little sluggish. The audio is not great, which is normal for thin TVs like this. The experience watching movies was much better once we added a soundbar. The soundbar integrated seamlessly using HDMI ARC which was very nice.

It's a great TV so far in the 4 or 5 months I've had it so far. Great picture quality and enough settings to find a something you like. If I could cast content from my apple devices like my iPad the TV would be perfect for me.

I couldn't download all of my apps I like from Google play. I couldn't figure out how to download them without using Google play. I have to use my firestick for that. I would recommend the roku version if they have it. The pic and sound are clear. I still can't get chromecast to work. This is my first 4k TV. I didn't know it would change the way movies look. Everything looks like a soap opera to me. I have to get used to that.

Not only does the WIFI not stay connected for no reason with a strong signal, but it keeps claiming my password is incorrect. I have to forget network every time, then try like 20 times. The TV itself is amazing. but it can't stay connected to the internet...

The TV was great...until it wasn't. The sound started to go weird when watching a movie; it isn't all the time, just some of the time. The colors that were super dark and rich are getting lighter and, of course, it started all this on January 2nd. The time I didn't know it had to be returned by (thought it said January 10th). So now I'm stuck with an almost $500 tv that may or may not work in the future.
