So far, I love this dehumidifier. I have had it in continuous operation x about 2 weeks. It is used in the main bathroom that everyone showers in so lots of humidity generated. Works very well in conjunction with the bathroom exhaust fan/keeps the humidity right at 40 with it set on 40. It is very quiet, Energy Star certified. So far is very efficient. This is replacing a 10 year old Whirlpool unit that still runs well but has become very noisy. It does give off a nice low heat to the bathroom which is a bonus because we tend to keep the house AC low in the summer. Great operating control options.
Works as advertised. Plastic but not cheap. The manual for setup was easy to understand. The pump function works especially well. This does everything I wanted it to do, as described on the box, and was a good value for the price point. Make sure to keep it clean so it functions well.
This dehumidifier does a great job keeping my basement area dry. The bucket is easy to empty and the filter appears easy to clean. I'm pleased that even on humid days, I've only had to empty the water container once each day. It is easy to remove and replace.
Big sale and delivered free to my door--perfect timing because we had just begun shopping for a new dehumidifier for our basement. I have bought this brand before and it's never caused problems. This one is quieter than the last one we bought, and since it's in our basement TV room, that makes a difference. We are very satisfied.

Works good takes the humidity out of the air however it does seem to run after you set your humidity level and put on auto
It's a bit louder than our old one. And, the tank is harder to remove to empty than our old one. Other than that, it is fine.
Small tank but removes humidity fairly fast. Louder than expected and puts off a lot of heat!
The pump stopped working two weeks into operation. I have spent hours on the phone and performing the recommended troubleshooting that the automated Hisense line suggests. Nothing fixes the pump, and the warranty process with Hisense is also a nightmare. Avoid this product.
