I love that they only took 20 minutes each to put in. They were very affordable. I love the 4 way air.
I just unpacked this had to wait to have help to install it. I am giving it 4 stars because I think they sent me a refurbished one. It runs good but there is dirt and stains on the plug and knobs. That tells me this has been used. Hopefully it will last for a while.
Works great Comes with side panels. Very breakable. But you have put them on and the screws they give you do not have a pointy tip. Used my own screws…
I had high hopes for this air conditioner. However, it’s extremely loud in the small space. I was hoping for something that would cool the room and not deafen us.
Don't receive all parts included and Walmart only ten percent for inconvenience or complete refund to awaiting new product which u pay installation fees again and quality of this product is not up to standards
I just installed this in my bedroom window yesterday and turned it on early this morning and it doesn't work, it's like I purchased a regular fan very disappointing
This air conditioner was sent to me used and yellowed control buttons and broken switch to tune for fan speeds no remote control like mentioned which is a shame. I and window side panel was very week to use that they broke off while installing. Had to use cardboard boxes to even install which took even longer but surprised it works. Would I recommend Hisense (no)
The box (and Walmart app description) states there should be a remote control. We've bought 2 AC units and NEITHER has a remote control. YES, we've checked things multiple times in every square inch of the box and packing. NADA!!!
As far as I'm concerned, this machine is nothing like what it's advertised to be. It doesn't cool very well. It doesn't dehumidify very well. It wasn't the cheapest and it wasn't the most expensive but I think it's a lemon.
Listen to the reviews! Even though the listings and even the box says it comes with a remote it unfortunately does not. The manufacturer completely lies.
