Works as expected.
The TV works fine, however, I was surprised at the slow internet speed. I have gigabit service, but my connection speed is less than 100 Mbps even when wired directly to a router. This is the slowest connection of any of our devices. I haven't noticed any labs or buffering, but thought it would be faster than that.

Image is stunning!! Other TVs will cost double the price for all of the features this TV has. Well worth it!!

Comparable to LG UJ6300 from 2017
Pretty solid choice. Not as great as displayed at the stores with their upgraded 4K capabilities. My set did have a flaw in the screen upon opening the box. Really unfortunate but to get a new one would have to pack this one up, take back to store, reorder, wait days for redelivery to the store. I will deal with a flawed TV unfortunately. Sure it happened in transit. Overall picture quality is not much better than my LG UJ6300 which was a bit shocking. Thought it would be a definite upgrade , but it's not.

Excellent TV with minor issue
Great TV for the price. The Roku is a wonderful streaming thingy. Good color, good presentation, good sound. The only thing that was wrong: the lower corners have a shadow, particularly in all black backgrounds. When other screens and colors populate the whole screen this problem is not noticeable. It still gets to me when I see the smokey shadows on black screens or the dark shadows on white screens, a defect? maybe. Small issue that can be dismissed, or we can live with considering the price of the tv set. When I pulled the trigger on this one, it was below $500. I still consider this to be a great buy, at least for me.

Terrible experience.
Developed horizontal lines after only a few months of actual use. Hisense would do nothing for us because we did not have the origionl receipt and said it was beyond warranty. Every repairman said we should buy a quality Samsung and throw this junk in the garbage. Never again!!!!!
