We chose this tv because the picture quality was 1000 times better than any of the other tvs, the colour saturation was bright and lively and when we brought it home the setup was extremely easy and the tv is actually not heavy but not too light, it's perfect

We had an older Hisense TV that at the LED lights started to fade so we purchased a new one with a bit better quality. TheTV was easy to setup and quality is good! The back lighting is much better than the older model we had and were quite happy with it

The TV was easy to setup and get running. There was however several identity verifications for Google but it can be handled. The universal bracket took some time to install and this is definitely a two person job to hang on bracket. After the first couple of days there are no issues. Sound hook up went well.

It's all about value for your money. This is the first big screen TV that I bought under $1000. I'm not sure you can get a better 65" TV for $400. If it blows up in a year that's a different story. The biggest question for what I call secondary TV brands is how long do they last? So far this TV seems pretty solid with a very good picture. The sound is typical of most big screen TV pitiful. Fortunately with my home theater setup I don't have to use the TV for sound. There are plenty options out there for supplement the sound for folks that want better sound.

Overall for the first two days in use, the tv looks great. Didn't notice any major difference with competitors but definitely way better specs and value. All the features that you require are definitely available in this tv which makes me question why other brands charge double the price for. Only downside probably is that it might be slower than others but all tvs have buggy operating systems
