Hisense - 65 inch Class H65G Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV (65H6570G)

This tv has a great pic and features, but the problem is the software updating. We purchase this model on Black Friday at Best Buy last year. Update for software notice came on the TV yesterday and no matter how many times I let it go thru the update the screen is coming up with Android recovery and multiple options to select from including resetting the TV back to factory settings, but cannot get the update to fully complete and clear off the tv screen. I have contacted customer support via email and have not heard back from them yet.

I can truly say that this TV has no real issues so far. there's one review that I saw on here on walmart.com customer said had a lot of problems I think it was because of that specific TV!!! not the one I have It's working perfectly sound quality is actually good I'm surprised and I don't have to use my soundbar but I do have one. This is my second highest and TV and this is the biggest one I have My smallest one I have is 32 The only problem I have with that is software from Roku. Android is not giving me any problems with this TV I would recommend this to a friend or relative.

Going to be totally honest here.....TV was glitchy from the onset. I worked through it. Reboots are required constantly. I think the hardware is outdated or the configurations need to be updated (firmware) After 2 years I believe its met its match. Based upon the feedback Im seeing below, there is no resolution to the black screen issue I'm dealing with now. Ill be sure to avoid this name brand in the future. I have 12 flatscreens in my residence and this is the only Hisense. The Hisense is the ONLY TV that's giving me issues. The others work like a charm. THUS....it must be the manufacturer.

Ive had this TV for 8 months. I see 5 stars and that isnt reflective of this product. I would guess that people gave solid reviews because they reviewed it before using the TV for any period of time. The picture is great but there are major issues with insufficient memory, too many preinstalled apps that cannot be removed so there is no way to free up memory. If you add apps, the memory becomes full and corrupt, requiring a factory reset to resume operation. Remote control buttons just stop working and you have to unplug the TV to get them back. This TV is full of problems. It comes at a low price but this TV is so poor that it is not worth the cheap price paid. I am not likely to purchase another Hisence product.
