It had a dent near the lower right of the front face but it was minor in my opinion. I wanted to keep it after plugging it in and ensuring it functions properly. The dent didn't compromise the metal shell nor hinder the seal. Minor. I've transferred my frozen goods to it and today the items are indeed frozen still. Quite pleased with this purchase.

I got this for my daughter and Son in Law . They love it and I was so happy and pleased with the freezer. She was worried it wasn’t coming but told her to be patient. They didn’t have much room for frozen foods . So I thought I wanna surprise both and I did . I couldn’t believe for the low price and the size I was amazed

So I bought this brand and model because, 1. The brand has good reviews. 2. this model says it has auto defrost so I dont have to mess with that. Delivery from Walmart was from a normal person who had an SUV with a big hatch so it was no problem for him to pick up the freezer. Nice delivery. I had a dolly so it made it easy. After unboxing there was NO damage anywhere on the freezer....VERY happy about that. So the freezer.........Wow!!! WAY Bigger than I thought it would be. And DEEP......and Wide..... LoL.....I don't suppose any of you ever sang the song "Deep and Wide"??? ;-) Anyway........I'm happy with it........maybe I should have ordered the smaller one but this one had auto defrost and that was the deciding factor for me. Energy guide says it will use $35 a year....so about $3 a month.......Honestly I got it now(Nov. 1st) because I want to be able to freeze a turkey or two or three when they are on sale. It doesn't take up a huge.....amount of space....so even if I move to a smaller place it should be fine. I'm hoping the freezer will allow me to save money.....I tend to make food in big lots or batches so being able to freeze extra food is important to me.

The item arrived damaged on October 5, 2025 and I have request for it to be replaced and as of October 21, 2025 Walmart has not satisfied the exchange. I initially requested the item to be delivered on October 6, 2025 so someone would be home, but it was delivered on a day that was convenient for Walmart. I have spoken to 5 different people in which 3 were managers who have all assured me this will be resolved, but it is not. I am sure the freezer would be good, but I am unable to use it at this time. I am not upset because the item was damaged, but I am upset at the resolution and that this situation is being prolonged and is becoming time consuming to resolve.

The freezer came damaged! It had tons of dents and damage from transit! I needed this to keep me medicines in. I live alone and use a wheelchair. Walmart wouldn't pick their broken freezer up and expected me to bring a CHEST FREEZER into the store! I tried for weeks, called every day and nobody, not even the manufacturer or the extended Insurance Company would help! Horrible! Absolutely horrible!

they DO NOT PACKAGE THIS WELL. The styrofoam only protects 2 out of the 4 corners on top. It most likely gonna come broken or dented. We had it delivered and it was broken on the corner. Had to return it to the store bought another one because we thought maybe it was the delivery. THE STORE ONE WAS BANGED UP TOO! had to return it again. The box will look fine but you lift it up BOOM broken corner. It was insane.

The deep freezer arrived damaged. A dent was at the bottom of deep freezer. I called customer service but they stated I have to bring the deep freezer back to store for a return or exchange. They stated possibly a pick up but can take weeks to schedule. I explained I cant bring deep freezer back for return in my car , that’s why I selected to get it shipped. No resolve after speaking with a manager. Now I’m stuck with a dented deep freezer.

The freezer itself seems to work well....the issue is....someone droped it several times...and I have been going around and around with Walmart they wanted me to ship back to them...lol,,,,i dont' have 200,00 for shipping let alone transpor to someone for shipping.....I am 68 years old and it is physically impossible for me to do what they want...I have been badly mistreated....and it has greatly affected me...just be carefull if you do purchase one and it has to be returned

The item arrived damaged. Then Walmart customer service started wasting my time. I don’t have an SUV to take the item back to the store, which is why I ordered online in the first place. I ended up renting a vehicle to return it, but when I arrived, they said the item was not returnable. I called Walmart, and they asked me to put the store manager on the phone so they could work it out. In the end, they accepted the return and started the refund process.

The freezer was delivered damaged, as I could watch the delivery guy bounce it out of the truck. All you would have to do is discount me $25, and I would have to load the freezer into my car, take it to the store, and purchase a new one. I had it delivered for a reason.
