Love the picture, love the size, hate the unremovable annoying homescreen adds that we dont want our 5 and 7 year old to be forced to see. If Hisense or Google doesnt help disable them I will return to store.

I have often times in an effort to try to save money tried newer brands. Mostly I get excited for them because of the jeep or price tag. But as the old adage goes "you get what you pay for". This television is made out of cheap materials etc. which are qualities horrendous. I would stay away from it and wait until you can buy an LG or Sony or something similar. I really wanted to like it, despite my intentions the picture quality is extremely wanting.

Arrived a bit later than expected ,which I overlooked and didn't mind but am now realizing wasn't even worth it in the end. Surely must've been banged up along the way or just broken to begin with. It didn't seem like anything was wrong at first when we took it out of the box. Fingers crossed and everything just hoping that it worked after saving for so long and taking advantage of the rollback. THE TV : After the hassle of moving this into my apartment, setting this big boy up , plugging it in. I excitedly put in the batteries to the remote just to find the screen like this . Lines all over the tv, can't even see part of the screen,and mostly black . I can hear the audio of whatever is supposed to be showing. I tell you my face DROPPED in disappointment. THIS THING IS SO HEAVY. IMAGINE THE HASSLE OF DOING THIS ALL OVER AGAIN FOR A SECOND TIME. Things like this happen.. I know .. but I hope I can at least return it for a functional tv. It's beautiful ,simple,and very nice quality! I just got a defective one. I was really looking forward to this but will try to issue a return. If all goes well and I get a working product I will gladly update the review. Cuz man, that's over $400! DELIVERY: I will say I feel horrible for the Pilot delivery man,he was so kind and helpful. It was supposed to be a team lift but the form didn't have my apartment number,or say it was an apartment to begin with. It showed up on the Walmart app for my order but I guess it didn't go through for them on their end. Even so ,he delivered since he was here already. He hauled this massive beast up my stairs and was careful too.

The TV was broke when I received it. Went to plug it up and the screen was black with lines through it. I’m still waiting on a refund from walmart. I’ve been without a TV since August 15 that’s the day I purchased the TV online. Beware DO NOT BUY.

I’m trying to get in touch with something I order a tv online and I opened it yesterday and it’s completely smashed I would like a replacement

The TV just started having a black picture with a flashing white light. no picture. customer service demands a "receipt " before considering replacement. I can't find the receipt and Walmart website is not available for me to copy
