Hisense - 85" Class QD6 Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV (2024)

Just installed the Hisense 85QD6QV and I must say I am very impressed with the picture quality. Still early yet but so far I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Great purchase, easy to setup 👌 love that they included kids remote for kidoodle tv. Pictures are vivid ,sounds on good 👍 easy to maneuver, & its voice remote,I mean you dont have to use it but it makes it so much easier.

Extremely satisfied with this purchase. Shows great vibrant images and you can sort through various modes depending on the type of watching ex: cinematic daytime or night time, standard, filmmaker etc. Easy set up and my kids love the voice feature making it super easy to watch what you want without typing or navigating the screen with the remote. Lots of cool features like using the TV itself as an alarm with set colors or sounds , I can't wait to explore all the various settings.

We have no issues with this tv. The interface so far is fast and easy to use. Colors are vibrant. The only reason I docked a star is because the sound isn't great in either mode. I think this tv would benefit from a soundbar. We are only using it as a bedroom tv so I'm not so concerned with big theatre sound so it suits our needs.

Won this TV in the RUTRTW Tim Hortons contest, took several months for the company running the promo to send the TV. Fortunately it was packaged and strapped to a skid and seems to have survived the shipping. The TV was easy to setup and is massive, currently working on a wall mount. But so far it seems excellent

Very happy with the this TV overall. Set up was easy. Colours are fine. The only negative is the Default Start Up Page. Unable to set to TV provider so obliged to use two remotes at start up.

Just unboxed and set up, sleek design and great picture quality. But the wall mounts on the back are so low (bottom 2/3 of the TV) and makes placing a wall mount feel unsteady and makes the tv naturally try to tip forward. The vesa spacing seems odd and didn't fit our universal wall mount that can fit up to a 90” tv, so we had to buy a new mount. It doesn't feel right having the mount so low on the tv and not centered.

DO NOT BUYYYY I honestly regret buying this Hisense 85QD6N. For such a huge, expensive TV, the Wi-Fi performance is absolutely terrible. It constantly drops connection — one minute it’s connected, the next it’s “no internet.” I’ve tried everything: restarting the router, factory resetting the TV, switching between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, even hardwiring it with an Ethernet cable. Nothing works! Every other device in my house stays perfectly connected, so the issue is 100% with the TV. Even the Ethernet port doesn’t help — it either won’t connect at all or keeps losing signal. It’s ridiculous that a brand-new smart TV can’t even hold a stable internet connection. Hisense support just keeps giving me the same generic “reset your router” advice, which is useless. I’ve wasted hours trying to fix something that should have worked right out of the box. If you’re considering this model, don’t do it — save yourself the frustration. I am returning this and going with another brand.
