Good Job Hisense

William October 23, 2025

Great price and value for your money, fast delivery, easy to install with your Google account and easy to link if you have a Hisense sound bar, great picture quality, sound just ok, but really enjoy this tv and good price for a 85 inch tv right before the holidays, you won't be disappointed.

Super cute and works great

Jing April 7, 2026

Honestly didn’t expect much from such a small speaker, but it actually sounds really good! The volume gets pretty loud and the sound is clear. The LED lights are a nice touch and make it look really cool. It connected to my phone right away and I haven’t had any issues. I’ve been using it around the house and even took it outside once—super convenient. For the price, you really can’t go wrong.

Great TV, Great price

Rick November 10, 2025

Fantastic TV at a fantastic price! The only downside is having to figure out and disable all the junk that comes with it (Google junk, camera, microphone, smart device-detection, etc). I just wanted a normal TV because my FireCube controls my components and apps.

Absolute Bang-for-Your-Buck 85-Inch Beast!

edward April 22, 2026

If you are looking for a truly massive screen (85 inches is stunning) without paying premium brand prices, the Hisense 85QD75N QD7 Series is the best value in the 2024–2025 market. It hits the perfect intersection of size, picture quality, and gaming performance, and that 3-year warranty is just icing on the cake.

Blown away!!!

Wax22 February 4, 2026

I only buy Samsung products as a rule. I just kept seeing this 145hz tv for this price. I thought I would be sending it back. It has over performed on every level, I haven't plugged my PS5 yet but movies is Dolby have looked and sounds amazing. I look forward to the 116in version next.

The on board channels, which come with the TV are way better than the Samsung I had from 2013. International channels news local channels CNN all without subscription. 85 inches for $600. You can’t beat that.

nightmare customer service

james September 3, 2025

Let's see, had large TV 6 months and it died. Contacted Hisense USA. I did exactly what they asked for warranty claim. After prodding and pulling them finally 2 months later I got a new tv. Was not easy. I looked at my phone, called them 18 times or more over 45 days, they kept "escalating" to somebody who told me exactly the same thing (which was shifting blame to technicians that they hired! who never showed up at my house to try to fix the tv). Then after one tech finally came, they said another must come out to destroy the tv since it couldn't be fixed. And that one took 2 weeks and then still didn't show, then finally after over a month Hisense said they would send me a new tv, which took another 3 weeks including shipping. So 2 months with me having to call every other day when the thing they said they would do never happened. I gave them 2 stars because at least finally they sent me one and also I've heard that most other TV companies are like this. So really, you will most likely be without a TV for over a month but if you don't stay on them, which is in itself a part time job including being at home for appointments techs make and don't always show up for which costs money and time, well you might be looking at 3 months. My advice is to purchase a cheap tv for the 2 months or so you will be without a TV and just keep on them. Don't assume they will call you when they say, don't assume the techs they hire will come to your house, so don't cancel any of your apptments, or go out of your way. ***The point here is even AFTER they knew my TV was not fixable by the word of a technician THEY hired, it still took them almost another month and a half to get me a new TV.*** Unacceptable and if they would've told me this was par for the course I would've maybe bought a better warranty or went with another brand. At least I could've went in with my eyes open. Don't assume the warranty you can buy will fix this problem, they may still make you go thru this factory warranty nightmare of a process.

Honestly I wanted to like this tv. But the lag is driving me crazy. My 6-year-old Roku TV runs so much smoother than this Hisense TV. When you click on the remote, it literally takes a second to react. My daughter was rather use my 55-inch Roku than using that one. Frustrating.

False Advertising to the maxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Inya November 20, 2025

This is my honest experience and review with this brand. This television is sadly extremely slow and lagging for it to be 144hz. The updates take forever and you can't operate the television while it updates. We put it together the night prior, upon set up, just after getting the antenna installed, it began updating. During this time, the tv was inoperable. So we went to bed. And... I'm here to tell ya, it was STILL updating the very next day when we'd risen to began our day. So I basically Never got to actually watch the television. Also, it's very invasive. It wouldn't even allow my antenna signal to go through until I consented to some very uncomfortable data consents. And... you don't get much access to channels. It only provides 106. Whereas my 2018 Samsung 60hz gets 597 and it's way faster than this television, which is supposed to be 144hz... The colors look ashy and faded. The specs don't match the what you unbox. The math isn't mathing if we're being honest. Also the color quality is better on my 2018 Samsung. The 85' 2025 Qled Samsung I purchased to replace it, really does make it look like the people are sitting across from you lol. The specs and overall quality are infinitely greater! From being able to access 787 channels w/o my antenna, to not having to sign your life away just to access the features that come with it. While, I'm certain, there are people out there who'll buy this tv and be over the moon about it. As for me, it's a super no. I guess having another model and brand television helped me see, grasp, know, and understand!!!! Everything isn't created equal, you get what you pay for, and... if it isn't broke... Don't try to fix it. I'm currently awaiting the pick up for this tv. I've already replaced it with another Samsung. And I'm glad I did. It's faster, no lagging, more options, better picture quality ,colors, and specs! Not as loud, however, I don't mind having to use a sound bar in exchange for all I have access to for free!!!! And, best of all... the updates are fast, you can operate the tv while the updates are transpiring, the remote is solar, and the data consents are neither invasive or forceful! Hope this helps anyone in the market for another tv.

Stay away from Hisense

JRMix February 4, 2026

Stay away, 85-inch horrible, horrible, light bleed, contacted the company, and they wanted to come to my house and do what they called destroy on site. They wanted to cut the cord, remove a module from inside, and scratch the screen to render it unusable, then I would have to pay to get rid of it. All these did not make any sense as they do not want to repair it at all, just replace it or refund, but customer service is horrible, as well as the company they hired to come and "service it"; they were very rude. I will not buy from this brand again. And of course, the TV is of very bad Quality, see the Pictures.
