Hisense 85" Class U7 Series Mini-LED ULED 4K UHD Google Smart TV (85U7K) - QLED, Native 144Hz, 1000-Nit, Dolby Vision IQ, Full Array Local Dimming, Game Mode Pro

After a few setting changes and making sure I was on the 5g and not 2.4g internet the picture came about to what I was hoping for. Very happy with my purchase. Only slight was Walmart had it shipped and was going to let it sit in the warehouse at the transportation company for a week in my own city but after several phone calls the transportation company was allowed to deliver it.

I bought this because it was higher rated than newer models, %231 in 2024 and a best rival to oled. It is superior to everything I have seen non-oled and as good as some. It is a simply amazing TV. The ui can be laggy, so it is not perfect, but you pay 2-3-4-5 times more for perfect. So, ya, this is awesome. ♥️

the 85 inch is a beautiful tv! although Shipping was absolutely horrible, Pilot Shipping(Maersk) was used instead of the more reliable UPS/FedEx and the TV arrived with a big hole in the box. They only sent 1 guy for delivery too, it's impossible to move this size of box alone so I had to help unload and deliver my shipment to my door, also unacceptable. The shipment sat 3 hours away for 9 of the 10 days to be delivered on the last day (Scheduled by Walmart) it took 1 days to get from Kansas to Arizona it could have been delivered on day 3 or 4. The actual tv though is great! bright enough in the day with window uncovered but still got some reflections. Really good HDR! good color and blacks. Ended up spending 9 hours in front of this TV last night. Previous 50 inch hisense 4k looked like it wasn't 4k next to this 4k beast! amazed at the detail that isn't available on that 50 in 4k tv without getting close to it. 85 inch makes a world of difference in our living room!

Bought this during the last sale with 12% at a cashback site. I'm anything but a TV conneseur; in fact I've only ever had bargain basement TVs in the past. Splurged for this one soccer since we have a new home with a large living room. Deep blacks and vivid colors are definitely a big upgrade from my last TCL 4-series.

Great price excellent picture. Colors are bright, blacks are intense. My son bought the 65” and I got the 85”. Wish I had purchased the 100” but I've got a great tv. Good sound, glad I added the additional sound bar but it isn't necessary. Recommend the Hisense tv highly!!

TV looks great. 1 of the hdmi cables I purchased was junk, but after using the 2nd one. It looks great! Got it on sale for $1k

Delivery was flawless....except they came days early with a 30 min notification. Fortunately we were home. Picture is very bright and high quality. Has some motion artifacts but for the price its acceptable. Note: this thing is a beast weight wise. I'm a big guy but needed help to set up, unbox, and place on the stand. So consider having Walmart set it up for you for a nominal charge.

First, when I received this TV, I went through the process of setting it up and it needed an update which I did and it continuously would say that the update has been installed successfully and then it would force me to install it again. I went through this four times. Finally, I had to reset the TV back to factory settings and go through everything all over again. And in order to download any apps that are not preinstalled, you have to sign in using your Google account. While trying to sign in using my Google account, I had to verify it was a person by selecting the boxes that a picture showed up in like a motorcycle. But the remote did not work on that screen. It was literally just sitting there, and the cursor wouldn't move. So then I had to go power the TV off let it reset again, and then sign into my Google account two more times before it would stop giving me that thing where I had to prove on human and the remote wouldn't work on it. I've never had so much hassle setting up a TV in my life. Plus when you turn on the TV instead of just coming on like my Samsung and other TVs do, it takes a very long time for the picture to even start showing it's like it's taking a long time to load everything which is ridiculous. This was a waste of money and if it wasn't already wall-mounted, I would send it back. Don't buy this.

the tv doesn't work properly for hdmi connections to the surround sound system. the sound sometimes doesn't work properly so you have to unplug the tv and plug it back in to power. this is not fun.

TV was delivered on July 25th. When I opened the box on the 26th the screen was cracked, so I called Walmart customer service. Enrique asked me if I wanted to return the TV or replace it. I told him I wanted a replacement. At the end of our call, he said the return and replacement TV was scheduled for August 6th. I called on the 5th to confirm the delivery date, and Jorge said he saw the notes from my original conversation and confirmed the 6th as the date. Nobody came or called on the 6th, so I called CS again and spoke with Kisses. She said there were no notes on the file (after I got confirmation from Jorge he saw the notes just a day earlier). This eventually led to several conversations with CS managers over the next few days trying to get the TV reordered. In the meantime, the price on the TV increased by $300. One of the CS managers (Ahmed) said he would adjust the price to match my original purchase price once I reordered the TV. He did, and I got an order confirmation and a follow up email confirming the price adjustment. Just 15 minutes later, I got an email stating Walmart cancelled my order due to "suspicious activity". I called back the following day and spoke with CS manager Adam. He confirmed my order was cancelled mistakenly for suspicious activity, which is an automated process (probably because I had not been refunded on the previous purchase, so it looked like I had purchased the same TV twice within a short timeframe). Adam refused to adjust the price to the original amount of my purchase. I asked why Ahmed was able and willing to do it and he was not. He gave me no reasonable explanation- he just refused to do it. I asked him for someone to speak to who could make that adjustment and honor the price of my original purchase, and he said there was nobody. This was the worst customer service nightmare I've ever been through, wasting HOURS of my time on multiple phone calls, being told things were taken care of when they weren't, one manager willing to honor the original order price on a replacement TV and another not willing to, cancelled order due to suspicious activity. I finally decided to give up and look for a TV elesewhere. Walmart lost my TV order that included a 5-year warranty, and I also returned the mount. I have shopped at Walmart my whole life, but I will never order anything else from Walmart.com. I hope they are happy with saving the $300 on this TV and losing a LOT more in future sales. There is a Target across the street from my local Walmart who will get my business from now on. ORDER FROM AMAZON.COM if you have a choice between them and Walmart. They know how to take care of customers and right a wrong done to someone on an order.
