After reading the reviews about the tvs being delivered damaged and so forth i was very hesitant to order it, i searched every Walmart and sams club in my area looking for the tv, after realizing ordering was the only way to get the one i wanted i ordered it. The estimated arrival date was just that a estimate it was suppose to arrive on the 27th it didnt arrive until the 3rd. I received the television around 630pm via a 3rd party delivery service the gentlemen was very polite and kind the box was in decent shape tv was un harmed and so far i am satisfied, other than the delay in shipping it was a worry free purchase.

Wow, just wow! The picture is awesome at this size. Bigger is always better! The GTV is snappy and fast, although I still have the AFS connected, we're using the GTV much more now. The sound seems a bit smaller than the previous set without the soundbar, but that's why we have the soundbar to begin with. At this price point when needed to replace the old unit, it was a no brainer compared to the other brands.

just purchased this 85" Hisense TV early this Feb 2025. It was delivered on the day I chose. Picture Quality is great, especially in the Vivid mode. Sound is good, easy to hook up surround sound. I mounted mine on concrete studs in my basement, its needed since it's pretty heavy. it will definitely take 2 ppl to handle it due to its weight. What is great also is it has 2 handles on the back of it, which makes it a little easier to maneuver. overall I happy with the purchase.

I've been a fan of Hisense tv's for years. I've brought a 65 U7K, 75 A75N and now this 85U6N. This tv really could use an update , it's still running on android 11, it's advertised as WiFi 6 but on the box it came in says WiFi 5 , it doesn't even have a peak brightness setting and super resolution setting that the other smaller U6N tvs have. Plus to top it off the remote they advertised is not the one you get instead is the old black remote. I've contacted HiSense about the remote and the missing picture settings , but they said it's gonna get a update sometime but didn't know when , and the remote would get replaced if i took a picture of the serial number on the back of the tv but I have the big tv mounted so it's gonna be a hassle for me to do that even though I registered it properly. The tv itself needed a lot of picture calibration done , it has very good blacks , the color is not bad either, the bad thing is the side viewing is quite bad and degrades poorly gets bright , so I've been constantly adjusting the picture and the motion is not as smooth as it could be. I think if they updated the tv with a good update the tv will be significantly better because it has a lot of good things for it it just needs that update.

Picture is not any better than the cheaper versions but marketed like it is an upgrade over the cheaper models

It showed up on time, we got it all out of the box. Luckily my wife was smart enough to turn it on and make sure it works before hoisting this heavy thing up about 6 ft on our wall. So we plugged it in and turned it on and we were immediately greeted with a completely destroyed screen. There was not one part that worked or looked normal, spiderwebbed everywhere! When we turned it off after seeing this we looked at the glass and there were such tiny hairline cracks that we could barely see them! A pain to return and still waiting on my refund…

Kept going back to Google home screen. Hisense couldn't help. Returned for a Hisense qd6 2025 model. Now I'm HAPPY 😁

Shuts off when watching sporadically. Have to turn it back on to keep watching. Very disappointing. Hopefully it doesn't continue or not power back up. Between the time of delivery and the mounting installation. It's been over 30 days. I have never had a problem with a TV before. Unfortunately now I do. Should have continued with Samsung and more reliable brands.

Set arrived early but was defective and had to be returned. Hisense customer support thinks it was mishandled in shipping. The carton did not show visible damage however.

Im very disappointed with Walmart. I'm a Walmart member. I have been having problems with my deliveries with food but never knew this will happen with my purchase. It never arrived to my house, I was suppose to sign it at delivery and they marked it as delivered and signed. I reached out more than 4 times and never resolved the issue and later I received an email asking to contact the carrier myself who says the same, That is was “delivered”. I lost my money ($1100) and trust to Walmart since they're not taking accountability for this delivery. I'm Walmart customer not the carrier. Not ever purchasing anything that costs more than $100.
