Hisense is great value brand with high quality, I feel that is good deal save $800 vs Samsung Big TV , I put TV on table right now , will plan to buy Walmart wall installation or let my friend to help me hang on the wall.

I can't test my tv because I received the worst experience ever with the delivery company. They harassed me and my wife. They are lazy. They worked hard to not delivery this item. They sent just one guy to hold the tv, that is supposed use two. I don't if they damage my tv. The cardboard was all damage. Walmart doesn't have a line to help us. The delivery company treat us so bad. 6 years living here, this was the worst experience.

Still haven't received my refund for the tv that was delivered broken. Still no update as to the item having been picked up to be returned although it has been over a week since the tv was picked up and the freight company having confirmed that the tv has been delivered back to Walmart. Have reached out to Walmart concerning my refund and no luck getting any help with the issue. After all the excitement of buying this tv and the trouble of having it mounted and everything just to plug it up and see a broken screen. Terrible purchase and would never buy from Walmart again and dealing with their freight company. Be aware and buy your next large television from somewhere else.

I ordered this item in August of 2025 during a basement remodel. The item was delivered by Walmart and placed in my garage. The remodel concluded in February and we finally opened the box just to notice a large puncture in the side. Upon opening the box and mounting it, we noticed the screen was shattered. We contacted Walmart who told us "too bad", would not provide an exchange since it was out of the delivery date. All we wanted was Walmart to simply take our return and provide a TV that was not damaged during shipping...and that was too much. Highly recommend not ordering this TV or any electronics from Walmart. Pick Amazon next time.
