I just got a Roku 58” it has a muffald sound like surraound sound is that what it is it's not sounding good it's more annoying than good can't understand it!
I am very disappointed with it.It lasted about a yr,then it quit working.
Bought this for my elderly mother who has vision issues and numbness in the hands, so the small buttons on the remote are a problems. However the main problem is not being able to chose FAVORITES that we can set up for her. She does not need to scroll through a half dozen shopping channels or hundreds of others to find the ones she wants. The only way to limit channels is parental controls which is a blanket approach for children.
The only Bluetooth speaker that will work is Roku speakers very bad idea the TV remote does not light up so at night you can not see the buttons they used to be a great company and product. Somebody in charge does not have a clue.
This product was great until it completely stopped working 18 months after purchase. Reached out to customer service and they walked me through a reset process that was unsuccessful. Their only remaining solution was to contact a local tech person which would cost me more money. I asked for a refund which they refused. I am very disappointed in this product and company for not trying to rectify the situation.
I purchased the TV as a gift. When opened and plugged in the entire screen was messed up. Upon closer examination we found very fine cracks in the screen. When we contacted Hisense to arrange for a return or exchange, we were informed that the manufacturer warranty was voided due to "product damage"
This TV lasted 16 months and ther picture literally faded to dark blue in the middle of watching a football gamewith my friends. The sound still worked. I reset it multiple times but the picture never came back. The reset feature did not seem to work properly either. This was my first experience with a Roku TV and I am very disappointed. Aside from advice to reset, I got no assistance. No replacement, no ype of assistance with repairs .. I was basically out of hundreds of dollars. Do not waste your money
I bought the television a less than a month ago. Noticed colors appearing in the black space during a movie. Then black and blue bars scattered across the screen. A spider web like line started covering the screen and now I'm unable to get any form of picture on the screen
I liked the TV, but it was a waste of money, because it did not last much longer than a year before crashing.
Don't buy roku TVs problems with these TVs are very common and they only last 2 or 3 years
