Rated by a few reputable sources online as second or third in its class, but by far the lowest priced. I went from a much more expensive model to this one, and this one is every bit as good. I've heard complaints about the Google interface being slow. I haven't experienced any problems. Internet speeds vary and that's probably the culprit on those accounts. I highly recommend this TV. This coming from someone who also has a projector TV with a 10 foot screen and full surround sound system. I'm pretty fanatical about my TV experience.

Tv arrived early and is an absolute joy. Has a beautiful picture and was super easy to set up. Would highly recommend to anyone !

Outstanding TV Product and Label!!! Have replaced a Sony 65 with HISENSE. The HISENSE TV was delivered on time and the packaging was intact as well as all the parts. The setup was very easy to follow and I had it connected via the WIFI in no time. The picture and the sound are just perfect...Beautiful product! I'm very happy with my HISENSE.... BUT There is one slight problem and am hoping to get help in establishing a permanent connectivity solution. I've had to reconfigure the connectivity 3-times and I've not had the TV a week. In the middle of watching a movie, HISENSE lost connection. It then reconnected and immediately disconnected. This went on for at least 30 minutes and finally I just powered it off for the evening. It began to work the next day. I also purchased the extended warranty. Who would I need to contact for support? Sincerely, 99% Happy Customer

It takes some effort with configurations to get the color right, but aside from that the picture is great. I took off one star for the sound quality. I spent plenty of time trying to get it to work in the settings but could not find a good balance. No matter what I do the mid range is missing. I recommend getting a sound bar if you get this TV if you care about sound quality.

TV is great and I am Pleased with it, the shipping practice is another thing. I was told in my original email that it would be delivered on Jan 3rd 2023, so i put in PTO to be home that day due to it said it had to be signed for. well i get home yesterday Dec, 28th and the TV is sitting by my front door. now we are talking about a 65 inch TV, not like you could hide a box that big and it was in its manufactured box with a big picture of a TV that was quite colorful, it could be see in an airplane fly over. I live on a moderate traffic area, i was totally surprised it was delivered and it was not signed for and it was sitting there for the world to see for hours. I am amazed it was still there! I appreciate it coming early, but come on that was a huge risk, and if it had been grabbed, how long would it had been to get a replacement if any? Just communicate better folks! or and if you come back and say , well you got an email it was delivered, that would be 6 hours after the TV was left on my door step, i don't think that qualifies.

hisense is very good budget electronic mfg, this TV has all features i was looking for like upscaling, MEMC, Bluetooth, Lan, optical, eArc, miton rate 120. sad part was we received a damaged box and we are very sure it was either a display piece or used one, cos inside box packing was noticeable very poor and definitely not from Mgf packaging, besieds it was missing with some screws and wall mounting screen that are either supposed to be empty or all 4 could be there it was having 2.

Price and discounts excellant. Extremely disatisfied with messaging and delivery. 1st message delivery next day wednesday, next message, delivery delayed will update, next message TV delivered to front door, next message delivery on friday, next message TV delivered.

Works very erratically. I have it hardwired to my gigabit fios and the remote commands constantly lag. It doesn't do what you ask it to (probably because of lag). I have other google devices. I know how to talk to them. I have YouTube TV. Should be seamless but it's not.

Bought 2 of these units to replace a broken and old TV. BOTH units had defective panels with vertical dark shadows. Took one back and got a replacement...and that one had the same issue!!. Called Hisense and they put me through the ringer with sending them pics of the other one, then had a texh come out. Tech declared the panel was defective and wanted to field destory my TV 2 days before Xmas! Thats their only procees...foeld destruction. So I took it back and got a U7H upgraded model. SAME ISSUE! Today I took both Hisense TVs back and bought 2 TCL Google TVs. No more Hisense for this guy.

Beware. Never buy a tv online from Walmart. It arrived and box looked like it had been dragged behind Fed Ex truck, not in it. Large gash in front going all the way into tv. Entire screen spider webbed with cracks. Thankfully Walmart has fast, free easy returns. But damage looked intentional by whoever handled it.
