Compact biking
I am 5'7, and I love this bike as it serves its purpose to train and maximize time. I can't extend my legs like the regular bikes, but I aim to train my legs, especially my tights, without extending my muscles fully. This enhances my joint stability and helps my endurance and strength since I am not looking for hypertrophy. It is lightweight, so although it is for my office, I take it home without hustle due to its compact design and weight of approx 50lb or less. I love that I can alternate the resistance to intervals and that the seat contracts so my shorter family members can bike, too. I am a satisfied consumer.

Too High For Me!
A three-star rating because, at 5'1"the lowest setting seat on the seat is way too high. I need a step stool to get on and that is unsafe. Nice bike but not made for 4'8" as stated. Also, nowhere did I see height dimensions in the information. May be a refund if I can't work with this.
