BEST AEROBIC DVD,,, VERY EXHILIRATING!
I have the video version but wanted a DVD version just in case the video breaks as back up. This is the best aerobic exercise.

Good workout classic
Great classic. Not as good video quality as newer style videos but glad they transferred to DVD from VHS.
