Hitachi W6VB3 Corded 6.6-Amp Drywall Screw Gun

I was needing a power screwdriver that could deliver the power to drive larger screws into heavier boards and this one delivered the punch. It works well with both smaller screws and larger screws and is a great all around tool. So far, I am thrilled with it's performance and durability and would expect to buy more Hitachi power hand tools in the future.

I looked at many different auto-feed screw guns and finally decided on the W6VB3 due to its features and my previous experience with a Hitachi framing nail gun which works flawlessly. I am so far happy with the W6VB3's operation... no misfeeds using Hitachi brand collated screws. My only complaint is that the documentation does not show how to remove the extension so that I could use the gun for drywall installation. It was not difficult once I saw how it was done, but I had to search the Internet for the steps to perform that task.

Never thought the metabo drywall gun would be as good as it is. My go to has always been the yellow and black brand but not anymore. Has all the torque and speed you need when installing Drywall products. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I gave it a 4 star for the simple reason when you put the screws in the sleeve the knob you turn to adjust the tightness to hold the screws in place does not work it lets them hang to loose and interfears withe the screw that is being screwd in if any body knows how to fix this let me know otherwise it is a awsome tool use when you are putting deck floors down [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
