JUST WHAT I NEEDED
USING THIS STEP, I CAN REACH INTO THE BED OF MY TRUCK, LOCK MY GOOSENECK, FASTEN THE SAFETY CHAINS AND ATTACH MY POWER CORD WITHOUT HAVING TO CLIMB INTO THE BED OF THE TRUCK AND BANG MY HEAD ON THE FRONT OF THE TRAILER. IT ADJUSTED EASILY AND FITS MY TIRES PERFECTLY. A REALLY GREAT PRODUCT!!

Mechanics tire step
I had seen one of these in a mechanics shop while I was getting my oil changed. I decided that this is what I needed to get into the bed of my F-350 to hook up or disconnect my fifth wheel camper. I have 20" wheels and it fits perfectly. It is adjustable to raise or lower the step. I have used it several times and I love it! I would highly recommend this item to anyone that has a fifth wheel to easily access items in the bed of the truck.

This product has made coupling and uncoupling my fifth wheel a breeze now. No more having to climb up on my rear tires to reach my hitch. I highly recommend the Hitchmate to anyone who pulls a fifth wheel or goose-neck trailer or if you just need to get things out of the bed of you truck.

Just what I needed
Since I am only 5'6" this step allows me to check oil and etc on my 2019 Siverado 4x4 without having to drag a stool or ladder to the truck.

Good quality, but limitations.
I bought this product to gain access to the top of my Tahoe cargo area as well as the ability to clean the entire windshield. It is sturdy and works as claimed. My problem with it and the reason I returned it was because it was heavy and it only allowed access to things if within reach of the mounting on a tire. I returned the item and purchased a good quality 2 step step stool. .
