Pads went on just as directed and expected. To date, have been out with the motorhome once since and with no problems. The site was uneven and grassy and we had a considerable amount of rain while there. Didn't use boards under jack stands as I'd previously been doing and had no problems!

I am so pleased with the snap pads we added to our coach. Custom Service is BEYOND helpful (Big THANKS to Barb), installation was a snap and we have been nothing but happy with the way they perform. Just a small addition but has made a world of difference.

SnapPad's are a game changer. The days of having to get down on my knees and place 4 pieces of rubber or wood under the jacks is gone! I installed this set of SnapPads in about 15 minutes. If you follow their instructions and use olive oil and have a second person, they are so easy to install. I love the fact that I know I won't be damaging my rock driveway or the pads of any places I will stay at. This is an amazing investment that makes me feel good every time I hit the “level” button!

After I ordered the incorrect size for the rear, I was told they were coming out in June. Unfortunately Snap Pad do not ship to Canada but they made special arrangements and I was fortunately able to meet up with the CEO Devon who hand delivered them to me. Tell me another company that would go to that length. Oh and it was on Fathers day to boot. Amazing! Thank you Snap Pad and Barb, in the office, for arranging it all.

I ordered the suggested Tiffin Set and while the front worked fine, the back were too small. I was sent 10 pads, but my coach has 11 pads on the rear. After calling SnapPad, I was told that the 11 were not available yet and I would have to wait for at least 2 months.

Following the instructions, and using two people, the SnapPads were easy to install. We are impressed with the construction quality and love that we no longer have to fool around with standard jack pads. We don't have to decide whether we need to use jack pads and we don't need to crawl on the ground lining things up. We also don't have to worry about forgetting them. Definitely glad we made the decision to purchase them.

I have been extremely happy with my snap pads. No more crawling under the coach to put pads in place and manually lower the Jack's to make sure I have them in the right place. Now I just hit autolevel and walk away. Installation was a breeze but does work best with two people to make sure pads are aligned properly. This has been one of the best purchases so far.

The 4 SnapPads we received (2 different sizes) we installed about mid March. We attempted to do the rear ones first (larger ones) but they were not the right size (not large enough) and ended up damaging them. The front ones were the right size and installed quite easily. We did call about the larger ones and apparently you currently don't have the right size for our motothome. We were informed that we could send the larger damaged ones back and you folks would send us 2 new ones of the correct size when you manufacture them. We sent them back by UPS Mar. 19/2018. The tracking number is 1Z5E61540304251925. We would appreciate being informed when the replacements would be ready for shipping. The earlier ones had been shipped to a Florida address as we were vacationing at the time, but we live in Canada. Depending on the time frame they may have to be shipped to another address.

I bought a preowned Allegro Bus that had one of the rear pads missing. I didn't know what happened to have lost the pad. So, not knowing if I'll loose another and because of the excessive cost of a single pad I bought the whole set. They seem good quality and easy to install.

I love these! This is a great idea., and make my set up so much easier. I have a 2018 Newmar Dutchstar. I'm waiting for the larger pads to come out for my rear jacks, which are about 13” with flat spots on two sides. A lot of the parks I go to require pads and it sure is nice not to have to get down on my hands and knees to put down pads. Thanks guys for a great product.Mark
