HL-2230 Laser Printer

I Love it. Beautiful solid print. Did envelopes and Wedding Invitations. Came out sharp. Wedding invitations and response cards were on cardstock - no problems. Recommend to anyone. Bought for home use.

This is a great printer it is so easy to use and so quiet and the price was very good too..

For printer only users, this is small enough for home office but we use it in our business for lower volume printing. Quality is great and Wal-Mart had best price and quick delivery.

I read the reviews before I purchased, and this little guy lived up to my expectations. I found a less expensive source online for XL refills. Couldn't be happier, got extra room on my desk.

I purchased the wireless version of this printer a year or so ago, so I was expecting a good, basic, black-and-white printer that cranked out copies fast and operated trouble-free, and that's what I got with this one. I use it for priting multiple copies, say 20 or 30 at a time, and it shoots them out in short order. The paper bin holds a large quantity of paper--I like that, too. Also, the indicator lights keep me informed as to what's going on and what's needed. This is a very relible machine that gets the job donefast.

Having this printer only a few days, I feel that this is a great home tool for all my printing. Laser has always been tops with me, but there have been the price to consider. Brother is a company that has brought economy printing to the home and office.

Great Value for printing, one of best prices for toner which seems to last forever for me. fast and convient for buissness tye uses aka airline boarding passes reviepts etc not color which for me is not a big deal since use is more for income tax printing boarding passes ect

I ENJOY THIS PRINTER, FITS NICELY ON MY DESK NOT TAKING UP A LOT OF ROOM. ONE THING, ORDER U'R CABLE WITH PRINTER. I DIDN'T. PRICE OF CABLE ON LINE WAS 2.37. WENT TO WALMART STORE AND PRICE WAS 15.00. I LIKE LASER PRINTERS BECAUSE I DON'T USE THEM THAT OFTEN. WITH DESKJET PRINTERS AND NOT USING THEM OFTEN THE LIQUID DRIES UP TO QUICKLY FROM NOT USING PRINTER. THIS PRINTER HAS GREAT PRINTING QUALITY. THIS ALSO FIRST TIME I USED A BROTHER PRINTER. AS OF NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER FOR NORMAL USE.

I bought the HL-223O to replace an HL-214O which wouldn't stop jamming. I wasn't particularly happy about this, but Brother has had the best technical support I've encountered and its computer products are solid performers. The HL-223O is no exception. It installed without hassles on my Windows Xp computer and so far has performed flawlessly. I wish Brother would not change its drum and toner cartridge style so often, but I guess asking for a 5+ year product cycle is really asking too much these days. I would have bought the HL-3045CN - the smallest, 4 color, toner-based printer I've yet seen, but it was just a tad too big for the narrow shelf we have available. In my experience, Brother machines are affordable yet give years of almost trouble free service.

It would have been wonderful however I didn't read all about it and was thinking it printed in color and it didn't. I plan on purchasing another one from Walmart, but one with color. Love the store and the great service on line also. Thank you so much. Jeanette
