I bought this knee brace after an ACL injury and honestly it surprised me in a good way. From the first day it felt supportive without feeling stiff or bulky. The side hinges give my knee real stability and I feel much more confident walking and doing light activity. What I like most is how secure it feels. My knee does not wobble and I am not constantly thinking about protecting it. The straps are easy to adjust and once it is on it stays in place. No slipping and no constant readjusting. It is also more comfortable than I expected. I can wear it for hours without irritation and it fits well under regular clothes. It gives support without cutting off circulation. My husband needed a knee brace while he's out on the road driving trucks and he said this is one of the best he's had in a while. It's supportive and allows you to move like you need to without it feeling stiff. It's adjustable which he likes because he can wear it over or under his work pants. So far it's eliminated a good amount of pain and is pretty durable.

It would be perfect but it won't stay up. I have to adjust it every other few steps and I have a bad back so now it hurts too. The few good steps I did have a reduction in knee pain so I am bummed.

I ordered an extended size and received "one size fits most."

One size does NOT fit all!! Although it looks like it is good quality, the brace above the knee is so stretched out upon arrival (just how it’s made) that you can’t get it to fit properly if you don’t have a fat thigh! In order to properly secure the brace above the knee the brace would need to have a fold in the back which is INCREDIBLE UNCOMFORTABLE!! Will find another brace and unless you are above average size I would NOT recommend
