These are amazing. The feel smooth against my skin and stay cool for a long time. My knee is able to flex and bend while still staying-cool. The straps keep the cooling pads stay in place and I'm able to take the inserts out and put them nice a flat in the freezer for easy storage. my knees feel younger

This Knee Ice Pack Wrap works great and is also very attractive in the bright turquoise color. Stays where you put it and does the job. I will say though, that it's better to fold the ice pack in half at the crease when freezing it, otherwise it comes out in a long sheet that is unfoldable and unable to fit inside the wrap.

I was surprised at the quality of this item. Its adjustable, liggtweight, comfortable and it doesn't leak or get me all wet like some ice compresses do.

Great product. So helpful. I can use my knee and not have to hold the ice pack.

excellent use it every night

Husband used post surgery. The ice pack is thin and doesn't bend well once frozen, but i could mold a bit with my hands and fit in the holder, which strapped on well around the knee. Did not force closed due to surgery area, but the coldness lasted a while.

The reason I would not recommend this product is because it was not what I was looking for. However, it might be OK for you. I wanted an ice pack for my knee that totally encompassed the knee - front, sides and back. This one was not it. It did cover the front and sides, but not the back. Also, the Velcro was not very strong and the fit was awkward because it was not very flexible especially when frozen.

The image makes it look so great, but the model must have been a child or a very small person because it does not wrap around that completely with a full American adult-size leg. An elbow, maybe? In addition, when the pack is frozen it is STIFF as a BOARD, so you aren't wrapping a gel pack around your knee so much as strapping a block of ice (in whatever shape you froze it) to your knee. This is sad because otherwise it seems to be well constructed. Just too small and the wrong materials in the pack that you freeze.

dont know what this piece of junk is for, the gel pack freeze is flat,so after its frozen how do you wrap it around your knee????Sending the item back,a real ripoff!!!

This wrap does not stay cold long enough to do an icing session. The gel portion of the wrap is very thin, and get warm very quickly.
