Grandaughter love her bike.
The delivery came as expected on correct date. Only dislike is the wheels came scratched up as if the wasn't new.
My son loves the motorcycle. One of the back wheels does not light up and would like to get a replacement wheel but I'm not sure how to get one.
It's not as big as it shows my 5year is to tall for this is for 3 yrs and that all not up to 8 yrs
It's a defective piece front tyre light not working was connected the seller the want to give me discount of 5% on next order don't buy it's not a great customer service
This was a Christmas gift. It's now warming up so My husband tried putting the motorcycle together and realized the instructions are so unclear and we had screws missing. Was told i was too late to return it so they sent screws. We finished putting it together and it's been on the charger for over 24 hours and it still won't come on!!
I was excited to order this item for my grandson for Christmas but it appears I have been scammed. The item arrived in a timely fashion but apparently it was damaged during shipping. I have been unsuccessful in my attempt to return it for another one or get my money back. The vendor suggested I use super glue to repair the damaged pieces and several attempts have resulted in them no longer communicating with me. I am extremely disappointed because now I won't have a gift for my grandson. The third party supplier must be out of the country. Hard lesson learned. Never completed the assembly because the item is damaged.
Bought for my granddaughters 5th birthday. She fell in love with it but about an hour into riding the rear gear box started making a loud noise and the front wheel lights quit working. Contacted seller, they asked for photos and videos so I sent. They acknowledged both issues but then turned around and asked me to fix the front light with no mention of the real issue of gear box. When I requested item be replaced or fixed for gear box no further communication from buyer. They are truly a scam company. No service and don't back up product.
Battery plug was burnt and was not operable took it to walmart and they could not return because i bought it on line from 3 party. Sent email to 3 party responded a week later saying thy will get back to me
I brought this motorcycle for my son‘s birthday in December and the back wheels stop spinning three weeks later. I reached out to the company on several occasions and the company would not provide a replacement or refund.
