Good quality for a decent price
I bought it 2 years ago or so and I love this helmet for the price. I don't weld every day but for when I do weld this has been perfect

Great Helmet
After buying numerous cheap Ironton welding helmets, with the last one only lasting less than six weeks, I want to buy another and the pickings were slim, the Hobart was available and I said why not, I should've bought this when I first bought my welder over 10 years ago, I can see great it's a very quality piece

Imho if you have been looking at this helmet…stop looking and start buying. Welding on a landscaping trailer for a few hours no issues just keep it on you can see everything and the moment you spark it up it darkens bam just like that…take it off if your grinding…spark=dark I just works!!!

Large viewing area and works great
I've got about 20 hours of welding in with this helmet and the helmet works great. I use it in grinding mode and welding several times a day

Excellent Welding Helmet
The only complaint is the grind feature switch is on the inside, fjbut that's not a deal breaker. Well worth the price.
