Couch is low to the floor, so I made a platform for it so it's perfect now. I did have a problem with one cushion lacking some foam, The company responded quickly with the solution, I must admit I was impressed. The cushions are a great design and being able to wash them is a big plus and will extend the life of this couch. Also the delivery came much sooner then expected. I would definitely deal with this company again. Overall a good find at a great price.

Great for the price, only problem is one of my pillows is “short” I waited the 72 hours for the couch to fill but the one pillow is still small compared to the rest.

The couch arrived on time in a big heavy box. It was very easy to unpack (attention, don't cut in the material). Once it is unpacked it is not heavy anymore. It needs 2-3 days to expand. I let it expand for about 6 days, but after 3 days it didn't expand anymore than the first 3 days. The sellers suggest to iron it or steam it once it is expanded, to unwrinkle the material (mostly the pillows). I didn't do that yet, it looks good also when those are wrinkled. I found the couch with its memory foam material, extremely comfortable. In 5'9 and I can even strech out and sleep on it if I want to. The couch is dividable in the middle, which is good if you want to face your guests and your have no other sitting possibilities. I bought the dark gray sofa. This color fits everything. It is a 2-Seater (I think there is a 3-Seater option too), but 3 people can easily and comfortable can sit on it, e.g. 5'9 and 200 lbs. 4 people could sit on this size sofa, too. The material feels soft and comfy. It'd buy it again (and no, I wasn't paid for my review).

I would've given it five stars however when it came and I waited the 72 hours for it to fluff it fluff but the wrinkles were insane so what I did was three methods I use a steamer it worked with a pillow inside. I used the iron with the pillow inside it worked. However, the best results I got was taking all of the cushions out of the pillowcases and putting them in the dryer with wrinkle free spray three dryer sheets on the steamer option or you can put it on 15 minutes. It got 90% of the wrinkles out. I ironed it and put the cushions back in. Looks great again labor-intensive but I love it for my home office for seating and I like it. Small, but comfortable. The only issue is the pillows are pretty wrinkled after it's done expanding. Certainly good for small spaces. It comes in 2 pieces so you can use them separately if you need to. The picture is right after opening but the pillows never got any less wrinkled.

So I waited four days and it didn’t fluff up all the way, none of the cushions fluffed up, I even kneaded it like suggested. I love the color and I love the way it looks but if you’re over 5 1/2 foot tall, you’re not gonna be able to sit on this couch comfortably. I ended up having to build a riser for it.

It is much smaller than it looks in the photo's. It is very low to the ground not the height of a regular couch. Also because it comes in two pieces the couch splits apart every time someone sits on it and needs to constantly be readjusted.

It is quite comfortable, really comfortable actually but, it sits far too low, there are no Feet/Legs, therefore when sitting, One is forced into an UN-comfortable Knee/Leg configuration. I am heading to Home Depot to buy some 2x4's, Plywood and Felt so as I can build a Stage Support for to keep the Sofa properly elevated. After I have that completed, the Sofa will be fantastic.

This is horrible! Nothing like the photo. * Does not set up * Stay together, * Is defective. Half the sofa is smashed, and the pillows are not inflating at all. * It smells so bad I can't even be in the same room. * While taking it out of the box, it gave me hives so bad I can't be in the same room with it. It smelled up my whole house with a chemical smell. * It is like a large dog bed my 9yr old won't fit on it. *The box was damaged on one side and plastic was torn. (looks like someone kicked it down the street) * Picture below shows you how small it is. * Overall, very bad quality. I would like a full refund.

I am very displeased. I have never in my life saying something so awful and so uncomfortable. It looks like in the pictures that the cushions are flat and they're not except the ones on the back anyway my legs hurt when I sit on it. I'm just not pleased at all I'm sorry this is the worst and I don't know what I'm gonna do now. It's not even worth sending back. I have never given one bad review anything but I had to with this. Yes it also just sits 1 foot off the floor.
