Works but has unpainted sides
I think this unit does the job, but something that annoys me is the undersides of the shelves and the top and bottom are not painted. You have unfinished wood for the shelving, so it took me awhile to figure out how to attach everything together so that the unpainted wood was all facing the same direction. If the shelves were painted on both sides, then it would be easier to assemble since directionally it wouldn't matter how you orient the unit. Otherwise, it does seem to be sturdy and did the job.

When I receive the bookcase and assembled it. I thought it would've been taller, but for the place I stored it at made it very convenient. It was worth my money and time . KUDOS!!

Junk
Top and bottom cross boards weren't pre-drilled so it made assembly very difficult and resulted in split boards. The center two were pre-drilled and assembled easy. Shelves aren't adjustable and are sized exactly to hold an 8.5 x 11 paper. Put that paper inside a binder and it's a no go. Overall poorly made for assemble and not very usable once together. Would not recommend.

Wood glue to the rescue.
So cheaply made. Spend a little more and get something of better quality. Particle board just splits due to the size of the screws and not having pre drilled holes on the top and bottom boards. Blood, sweat and wood glue…
