Trying to send my brother a house warming gift was a nightmare to California from Arizona, Walmart canceled my order without notifying me about two times, customer service wasn't great until I actually got a hold to someone who knew their job. stating that there's been a lot of fraud going on which had nothing to do with me. Customer service need better training and customer communication. The process was a nightmare. But after all of that my brother really like it plus sent me a video of the island.

exceeded my expectations give n its price. like it's storage capacity and appearance. wish I had protected its top surface with glass sooner Don't like the fact that. veg microwave bags and plastic gloves can fall out of drawer into cabinet area

this is an amazing cart high quality and i was surprised in a good way how large it was the wood is spectacular nice heavy wood. i just love it has plenty of stirage and 2 side shelves. great for the kitchen!

First it was not white like I ordered. Too much trouble to return it, The material is shabby and holes don't line up to assemble properly. Directions are terrible and not concise and some even wrong (example insert screws into three holes as shown, only two holes in the material). The back of the first one I orders was wood, this one was just a piece of hard cardboard. It is flemsy overall and I would not recommend to anyone.

The picture online looks nice. Instructions were good. However, the final product looks cheap and the drawer doesn't fit correctly, when putting the doors on at the end it scratched the bottom. Thoroughly disappointed in the final product. Very upset about the drawer. It will not close properly and had to be shoved into place!!!

To start the box was borderline mangled when it arrived, the Styrofoam packaging causing a mess everywhere. The cart's hardware bags had been mislabeled; a as k, d as b, etc. Several parts of the cart were somehow factory messed up the drawer particularly have a mistake that one side of the rolling mechanism made correctly and the other one inverted .

Absolute garbage! Everything is particle board or cardboard quality melamine. Veneers are paper thin. Overall, the nastiest example of cabinetry I have ever seen. I would have returned it but for the fact that the package was so heavy it was not worth the effort. Save your money do not buy!

Unpacked item. Checked off everything. The board on the front of the item was damaged at the factory. we are short 18 screws. Called customer service. waited twice. Never got to talk to anyone. Sent an email. They said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours! Now we have this all over our house! Unreal! I guess it tells you what kind of products they sell if you can not talk to anyone now!!! I want a Refund! Plus, we are senior citizens %26 lift the box to return to Wal-Mart!

assembly is not easy. Some tools are broken easily. They have to put an extra assembly tools. Also when I opened the box came with big cockroach. So now I am seeing more cockroach in my home

it looks like exactly what i wanted, but several predrilled holes were just not there. spent 3.5 hours myself and 2 teens putting all but the doors on (no holes there either, will need to drill holes myself) the doors attatache with a plastic pivot that just does not seem secure. i should have read the reviews before i bought, but there is no way im disassembling this to return (im sure thats how they plan it)
