I rated this 5 stars so everyone would see this review towards the top. First of all, the box weighs 65lbs. The box was falling apart when we received it. Once we got the box open and ready to put it together, the instructions were missing. I was on hold with Walmart customer service for over an hour before being transferred to a different department, only to be hung up on. I ended up calling the manufacturer and they had to email me instructions. The instructions were not clear and it was a PAIN to put together. Once it was actually together, it looked okay and was fairly sturdy, however I feel like it was not worth the 4.5 hours it took to put it together, the box falling apart upon delivery, not having instructions, horrible customer care, and the fact that this was a $100 item. I could’ve gotten by with a cheaper stand and had better luck. Horrible item- do not purchase!
i love this new cabinet for my microwave, it also holds my air fryer and toaster on the top. has a drawer for dish towels and pot holders, and a cabinet that i still need to decide what will go in. my only complaint is the predrilled holes for one of the cabinet doors was a little low so the door doesn't close right
it's Smaller than I expected, but geart space saver strong enough, I'm thinking 🤔💬 to get me a Second One 😉
And does look exactly how it looks in the photo however the assembly is way too much and very confusing if you're doing it on your own and if you're not a pro of a builder however once it's put together it looks very nice and it's sturdy qualities pretty good for the price however like I said the assembly is just very confusing and annoying as well as frustrating to do I suggest having help more than one person can get the job done quicker
Took 2 hours and 38 min for 2 of us to build it. Instructions weren't too bad to understand, did have to look at them more than once tho to be safe. We put the bottom shelf wrong the end facing us should've been facing the back youll see the rough looking wood part at bottom. Doors do have a gap between them and are slightly unaligned mightve just been where we put the screws for it. Haven't put anything inside or the microwave so not sure how it'll hold up.
Has “ware and tear” just from putting it together on a carpet. I don't like the little space between the two closed doors, part of the drawer assembly was bent and makes it harder for the drawer to function. The wheels are mainly Plastic and cheap. Otherwise does the job.
I had a hard time figuring out the difference between the $79 cart that I purchased and the $130 cart I compared it to until I assembled the cheaper one I purchased. Now that it's assembled, though, I'll just keep it and fix the defects: 1) The holes in handle for the DRAWER were way too big for the corresponding screws (see first picture). So, I'll need to shop for a handle that will be compatible for the drawer. 2) The DOORS weren't wide enough, resulting in an open space between them. To fix that problem the easiest thing for me to do is to find a piece of white MDF that can be attached to the back of one of the doors. Since there was no way to know about these two defects until after most of the cart was already assembled it wasn't worth my while to bother to send it back; it would have cost more money to return it than to just spend a little more to fix it.
The microwave stand looks nice once completed, but the process of piecing it together was very frustrating and time-consuming. First, there were too many parts. Next, many parts were not labeled. Then some screws were missing. Meanwhile, some pieces were there, but were not in the manual and didn't fit AT ALL! Where instructions said there should be 3 holes, there were only 2 holes. We spent so much time trying to figure out where the un-labeled pieces went that it took from 1:30pm to about 6pm to get done! Since there was no hole in back for an electrical cord, well have to drill a hole. I'm okay with a lot of pieces as long as everything is there and is consistent with what's inside the user's manual. The manufacturer needs to inspect this product and update the manual before shipping anymore of these out to customers.
I loved the cart but wasn't easy putting together. The screws that you're suppose to use was to big and came all the way through it.There was not a hole made into it to run your microwave cord so you go plug into an outlet.Handles are plastic and cheap made and its not sturdy.
Product came with no assembly instructions. Finally found the instructions online and about halfway thru the assembly realized there was also several missing parts. Wheel bolts and nuts missing completely, so couldn’t install the wheels. Too mad to even return it to the store.
