Fantastic build, able to run all games at max graphics 1440p 365hz. Only wish this had a better Motherboard with more SSD slots to expand with.

Very Satisfied Customer

The customer service is really great, they answered all of my questions and advised me of all of the information pertaining to my warranty. The company is really easy to work with and the computer is really nice especially for the price and value.

Huge case with glass sides, more like a box than a CPU- that being said, there is plenty of room for upgrades. So, not really a complaint, more like... it's good to know. Also, the packing they use is VERY secure, but a pain to get out of case (no directions on how to remove glass that's easily spotted, just a picture, and packing inside computer, is hard to remove with damage; Slowly and carefully, I finally figured it out. It has a remote control that controls not just the 'lights' colors and speed but also controls the fans speed, which is really nice. Very aesthetically pleasing to look at. Physically it was easy to set up, but software and ready to use...it was not that easy to set up, I had to get my son who works on computers to get everything updated and running correctly. You can easily transfer your microsoft account and passwords, etc remotely. Also, it keeps auto-erasing things on my one-drive storage, I can't see what it's erasing. It's water cooled and has 4 fans with speed control. The Wi-Fi is VERY SLOW (my internet is 10 Gigabits-per-second, fiber) - I had to hook up directly to my internet box for satisfactory speed. Maybe think about upgrading the Wi-Fi card. Is it worth what I paid for it? Well, ...not really. But I am also not using it to its full potential. Maybe if you’re a heavy gamer, and know a bit about computers this would be a good fit.

Really good p.c. was definitely the most hassle to set up out of any pc I have purchased. The directions where completely useless. The 3 of us did figure it out with a total of 1.5 hours of man labor. Wasn't a huge deal but I've never not just opened a box a plugged in a tower before. Mostly was trying to remove a panel that we where to scared we would break. Also one of the lights does not work and there is a chip in the pretty case. It is sad but not worth repacking and shipping back n going without a pc for weeks or likely months givin how long this took to ship. Other then that I absolutely LOVE it. Runs really fast, and I can load up on mods and play on max graphics settings. The light show is really awesome and the remote that comes with it makes it more fun. 0 problems with it getting hot as far as I can tell. The air blowing out of it is almost always very cool. This is likely a brand I would be interested in sticking with depending on how long this last. Ive had pc with great specs run like but nuggets and many only last a year before hardware failure. Compare that to my day one ps4 that still runs like its new and my ps3 that still has no issues.
