Simple Overlooked Mistake
Probably a great item. Unfortunately was a Inline purchase only %26 electronics sale's rep gave wrong polarity for DC voltage output too order %26 was wrong item RETURN WAS NO ISSUE

Plug DOES NOT FIT Seagate or Western Digital HDDs
I purchased five Hoioto (12V/3.0A) power adapters to replace lost power adapters for 8TB and 14TB Western Digital and Seagate external hard drives. The Walmart web advertisement listed the exact power specifications I needed to match my hard drives. Unfortunately, the round power output plug on each transformer DOES NOT FIT into any of my Western Digital or Seagate external hard drives. It appears that the hole in the power adapter output plug is slightly too small. I'm disappointed that I have to return these items because it's next to impossible to find a 12V/3.0A AC Switching Power Supply Adapter.
