Although the instructions are very very vague, I mamaged to figure out how it works. It is dufficult to use. Bands did not cover the entire skin tag. I tried both sizes. Apparatus is poor quality. Don't buy it

The plunger that puts the bands on is cheap plastic with a spring and it is impossible to get the bands on your skin tags.
