What a great concept: beautiful glass ornament that doubles as a shot glass! The ornament/shot glass is thick and sturdy. The silver filament on top screws into the glass bulb with a silver ribbon to hang. You can remove the filament to then use as a shot glass. Very shiny addition to my collection of ornaments as well as my bar. Love it!

I love the Holiday Time 2 ounce holiday ornament bulb shape red shot glass. I actually didn't realize it was a shot glass until seeing this review request. I thought it was just an ornament, but it's MULTI PURPOSE which is great. I plan to buy several of these to give as gifts and to use at holiday dinners to adorn each place setting.

This Holiday Ornament Bulb Shape Red Shot Glass is not only unique but very eye-catching. The ruby red coloring stands out like no other. It comes with a glittery silver ribbon to hang from a tree or branch. This bulb is extra-heavy duty and would not easily break if dropped. I plan on gifting my bartender friend with this special and meaning gift at Christmas time.

Really beautiful Christmas ball shot glass ornament. The bulb part is a shiny, bright red color and I believe it is glass. It has the weight and look of glass but doesn't appear to be be fragile. The top is a very pretty silver color and made of plastic with a nice silver ribbon to hang the ornament. If you want to use this as a shot glass, the top comes off. The opening is approx 3/4 of an inch. I would recommend using a mini or small sized funnel to fill the glass. The top screws back on and holds the liquid without any leakage. This shot glass Christmas ornament would absolutely make a beautiful party favor, decoration or shot glass to accompany a holiday gift of liquor.

I have to have a surgery that is very dangerous so we decided to take a piece of my hair and each of my grandchildren's and put it in side of this ornament in case something goes wrong that way they will have a piece of me forever hanging on their Christmas tree and I will be with them forever. It's a beautiful ornament and it also has a very special meaning for all of us.

These would be great for a Christmas party. You don't have to fill it with alcohol if you don't want to. You could fill it with small candies and use as a cute party favor or just use as is for decoration. The top screws on so the contents won't spill.

When the relatives are getting on your nerves, just duck behind the tree and have a little "nip"! They will never know...... This inconspicuous little ornament (aka shot glass) will never reveal it is holding a little "secret". I tested it, and it holds liquid with no leaks, make sure it is tight. I double-knotted the ribbon and hung it up (no tree yet) to test, it is still hanging! Glass bulb, plastic top, and yes, I recommend.....

The one thing I really love about this shot glass is it's actually glass. It would make a nice ornament because the size means it's not too heavy. But the whole thing is kind of confusing….just a single ornament? Not even a pair? That's okay, I will gladly pull out my ornament shot glass at family gatherings lol! The lid doesn't have a silicone seal but it does seal securely. It holds just the right amount so I don't see it spilling in my purse or anything. I can stash it high in the Christmas tree as a backup plan for gift unwrapping. My friends thought it was cute too so it would make a funny and usable secret Santa or White Elephant ornament with a purpose. You could even pre fill it with fruity booze! The darkness of the bulb is unique to me because others I have seen are usually plastic and clear. The only improvements I would make are having that rubber gasket and I would like to buy this as a set. I would put it on my own Christmas tree as decorations and a set of four in one color or a mix of both would be an even number. It keeps them matching. All of my immediate family are also adults so this could easily be decorated with our names using acrylic pens for that special touch. These are fun!

This ornament really surprised me , not only was it the perfect size and beautiful red color , the quality of the ornament is fantastic. It is thick and well made not cheap whatsoever so I am definitely going to say this is a must have for your Christmas tree.

When I first ordered this, I was expecting glass. It is a sturdy hard plastic instead. That has benefits to resist breakage. I do wish maybe the walls were a little thinner to reduce weight. Even empty I think it maybe a little heavy to actually hang on a tree for a party. Now that being said they have a flat bottom so they can be sat out on a table for display. I would suggest a small bottle brush to clean them because of the small opening. The little testing, I did the seal on the cap did appear secure.
