This arrived in one piece even though it was packed poorly sitting directly on top of the other broken baking dish.
This rectangular baker has the same design as the 4-place dinnerware dishes however the finish is very bright and glossy and not the same as the 4-place dinnerware set.
This is the cutest and best casserole baking dish. Looks like Crate %26 Barrel. Love it!!
One dish was wrapped well. The other was not and had broken. It actually cut my daughter while opening. We returned the broken dish to Troy WalMart and got a refund. Unfortunately, the store did not have a replacement dish.
Item came broken, would like a refund or replacement but when I try to go to returns it brings me back to review
The dish is cute. It seems good quality. I ordered it online and it was delivered wrapped in a vinyl shipping bag with a chip in it. Duh. No protection, of course it was damaged. I started the return process and requested a replacement which was also delivered in a bag but it had a little bit of paper taped around it so maybe that's what saved it. The only option for returning the damaged item was to take it to a FedEx location. No option for store return or drop off was ever given. I repacked it in its original shipping bag and took it to FedEx where they scanned the QR code asked what it was and the refused to take it because it is breakable and not in a box. I don't have a box at home to pack it in. They offered to sell me one but I'm not paying for a box for something that was delivered to me damaged. I called Walmart and was told that the return is already started because the QR code was scanned and to just hang on to the item but the return would process automatically which I didn't think was correct because the label is never going to get scanned and the item isn't going to show up. Fast forward several days and I am getting emails about needing to take my return to FedEx before the cutoff date or I will be charged for it. Called Walmart again and am being told that there is nothing they can do and I should just wait for them to charge me and then call them back to dispute it. Not happening. If they can't even give me accurate information about the return processing I have zero faith that they'll overturn a charge once it processes. Currently waiting to speak with a supervisor and have been on the phone for 40 minutes not counting earlier in the week and the trip to drop it off. Just trying to return something that arrived damaged has taken at least 4 times the amount of time it took to shop for it and I'm still waiting while they “look for an available supervisor”. The dish is cute but don't order it for delivery.
Arrived broken into tons of pieces, with small shards actually falling out of the shipping box. Extremely poor packaging together with poor shipping method. But it sure was a pretty dish that we were looking forward to using over Christmas.
I ordered this 3 times and it had to be shipped. Each time it arrived broken. Shattered actually. You'd think by now they would learn to wrap breakable stuff really well before shipping it.
I bought this casserole dish for a Christmas gift. I still had it in the box. I went to wrap it today and I heard glass shaking, and I looked and it is broken. It seemed to be well packed. Thank you
Broken all to pieces due to poor packing
