Holiday Time Acryrlic Cake Stand, Red

This cake stand is made of plastic so it's lightweight. It's red, but doesn't have holiday decals or anything, so it can be used any time. I use it to hold my craft bucket so I have more work space on my table, but it's also nice for displaying baked goods.

This lightweight acrylic cake stand is beautiful and dishwasher safe on the top rack. I love mine. The rim around the top of the cake stand ensures the safety of my cakes. I do hate it when my cake slides off those cake stands that lack a rim! The simple style of the cake stand will enhance any decor: from traditional to modern and any types of decor in-between. Currently my decor is traditional Do not let the unimaginative term “cake stand” prevent your imagination from thinking of other uses for this “cake stand”. This “cake stand” has many uses! I've thought of several uses, but I have no doubt, you can think of additional uses. Many of the uses do not involve cakes at all! Let us put on our thinking caps right now and think of various uses for this “cake stand”. The rim ensures cookies or brownies or scones or petit fours or nice foiled chocolates etc. stay put and beautifully plated. The rim ensures cute little after dinner drinks or wine glasses & a bottle of wine stay put. The rim ensures lighted tea candles do not fall (do not leave lit candles unattended.). The rim & stem ensures condiments like mustard, ketchup, and soy sauce etc. do not fall and are readily available to anyone at the table. The “cake stand” can be used in the bathroom for candles (never leave a lit candle unattended), soaps and hand towels. The “cake stand” can be used as a centerpiece with several small planted succulents or several mis-matched bottles filled with water and a fresh flower in each bottle. The “cake stand” can elevate a family heirloom or several small frames with photos that you want to display. I do not currently have a pet: could the “cake stand” be used for dry food for fur babies? The “cake stand” can also be turned upside down and used as an entirely different type of centerpiece to hold a bit of water and short stem fresh flowers. Would a cat like their Fancy-Feast served in the “goblet” (AKA “cake stand stem”)? I chose the red color. The red color does not limit the “cake stand” to the Christmas Holiday season, though. I am going to add a white doily for Valentine's Day. I am going to add white and blue doilies for The Fourth of July or Juneteenth, I am going to add a green doily for Christmas, I am going to add gold and brown doilies for Thanksgiving or lavender and yellow doilies for Easter. How about black and green doilies for Kwanzaa? Or orange and green doilies for Dwali? Or blue and silver doilies for Hanukkah? My photo shows 2 succulents, 3 candlesticks with marble eggs, and 2 tea lights, using the “cake stand” as a centerpiece. Do not leave lit candles unattended! For decorative placements, remember: one, three, five or seven decorative objects look better than an even number of decorative objects! Here, I've used seven objects. I've also used the “cake stand” to hold my painting supplies if I'm in an artistic mood… The “cake stand” also holds my prep items, like herbs and wine, when cooking dinner. I am enjoying the many uses for my “cake stand”. I hope you enjoy your “cake stand” too!

Super cute cake stand for the holidays! I bake a lot around the holidays and this cake stand will be perfect for that! It is also great for now to display my cakes, cookies and other baked goods. I'm very pleased with its color and durability as it seems very well made. I've gotten other things from Holiday Time and they've always worked well and I've never been disappointed. I recommend this for anyone looking for a cute holiday stand or an everyday one to match their decor!

I love my new cake stand. It is made from a lightweight acrylic that is easy to clean. It can simply be hand washed in sudsy water, and rinsed clean. It is a festive red color, that is see-through. There is a rim all around it, so whatever is placed on it will stay put. It is perfect for a cake, cupcakes, Christmas ornaments to use as a centerpiece, etc. This is a versatile piece. It is also perfect for holding facial moisturizers, or perfumes, on the dressing table when it is not holiday season. The price is a steal!

I am ecstatic to use this for the holidays! I can already imagine this being displayed with cookies or other holiday treats that will be beautifully displayed and easily within reach, without worrying if it will be knocked over or break. Durable and beautiful so I can focus on having fun instead of cleaning up a mess!

I love this cake stand for fun holiday decor. It has a very simple, modern design. I also like that it is solid red as opposed to having any specific decor on it which means I can use it for not only Christmas but Valentines Day and the Fourth of July as well.

This honestly just looks like something you would grab at a dollar store. Nothing fancy. But if you're looking for an inexpensive way to literally elevate your holiday baking this will do the job. Would be good for travel or kids because there's no worry about breakage. You could use it for a cake or cookies, or even turn it into a fun holiday display with greens and decor. Possibilities are pretty endless and there's no huge monetary commitment. (Just a pet peeve, but I couldn't get the sticker off of the bottom which makes me nuts when that happens.)

This cake plate is very late because it is plastic. You can use it to put cupcakes on and it does hold a regular size plate for a cake. You can also flip it over and use it for a candle holder. However because it is plastic I would recommend you lined the bottom with for to keep from missing it up I almost missed my lineup. I do recommend this product for something quick and Mrs is late I use my's for an outdoor cookout people thought it was glass.

This is just a basic cake stand. It can hold a cake or pie up to 10 inches. It would have been awesome if it came with a cover but it's much easier to store without one. I do like the red color and it will be nice during the holidays. It's nice and sturdy and it will last for a long time even though its acrylic. My main problem is that mine came with a big scratch in the center. It won't be visible when a cake is on it but it's annoying. I'd recommend picking this up in store rather than ordering online so you can make sure there's no damage.

It is pretty and a great display piece. It would be nice if it had a topper to keep my cakes moist. The base is too small. I put a two layer cake on it, when we got halfway through the cake, the stand wanted to fall over. It might be good for cookies or something that is lighter weight.
