Replaced the plastic wheel on my home office chair. Was afraid that the plastic wheels would harm my vinyl plank floor. Replacing the wheel took no time at all and the differance is remarkable. the chair glides over floor, quiet, and no worries about harming floor.

I had the original wheels on my office chair. Floor is older cement and a little rough. One of the wheel's axle broke and the whole wheel fell off. I had a doozy of a time pulling the old wheels off (couldn't) until I got a small set of pliers. I put them between the top of the wheel housing and the socket of the stem on the legs and pried them apart by spreading them away from each other. It was ridiculously easy. Inserting these new wheels into the sockets was easy. They roll great and have a little cushion to them and the smoothness of the bearings on this old floor.

They are not very good, the bearings are packed in graphite and not sealed , which means there is graphite everywhere. I can say this for them, they are very smooth rolling.
